This is my addiction. I’ve been a loyal chick fil a supporter for as long as I can remember.

First, it was a once-a-month treat. Then, breakfast came out…. Weekly was the new situation.

These days, you can find me driving through after ordering on the mobile app, and occasionally walking in, multiple times a week.

Chicken Deluxe meal, large Coke Zero. And medium fry!!! Let’s go!!!

I used to really love this location but the customer service is so negative now. Went inside to place my order; cashier(some little boy) clearly didn’t want to be there. Barely wanted to take my order and completely made up my name so when my order was ready the person handing out food nor me was aware of who the order was actually for. Unnecessary waste of time. Better off at different location.

So… we all know that Chick Fil A is great and deserves 5 Star Ratings almost all the time. The food is delicious and the service always exceeds any other fast food establishment. We enjoy dining in and using the app to order our food. This is not our usual location and noticed that yes, the service can be better. First of all. per our picture, I notice the Easter Flowers on each table. They were so cute and almost made you forget that you were eating fast food. Then, at least three times an employee checked on as and made sure that we had everything that we needed and let us know that our business was appreciated. Last of all, when we were walking out the door, we noticed that a flyer that they were having BINGO between 9 and 10 one day next week. Now how fun is that! I kind of think that someone that owns or manages this location really cares. Great Job!

Jam(Kris directing traffic told me her name)at the pick up window was rude after I came back to the drive through for a straw because there was none in my bag and I got cookies and cream. I was like you guys didn’t give me one that’s why I came back and she stated”but you have one now right angrily” and walked away without even offering an apology for the drive back I did. I was disappointed and asked for her name from Kris. I know chick fila stands for quality and she doesn’t deserve this job even considering the time and she’s already angry at work like why? It’s very unprofessional and I’m disappointed.

Last night my husband and I came through the drive thru and were helped by Rihanna. When I checked the bag we were missing an item so I called and spoke to someone on the phone (maybe a male manager) who advised me they would take care of me when I came back. They really went above and beyond. We even got a milkshake and fresh fries for the inconvenience of having to drive back. Rihanna and the rest of the team helping her are great. Made our night. Thank you very much.
