Wife with celiac disease gets chic fil a in our home town all the time with no issues, asks for a southwest spicy salad and subs out the spicy southwest their grilled chicken nuggets. Doesn’t even have to tell them to flag it gluten free. it’s always done properly and safely.
Ordered the same thing at this location, but found chopped fried chicken all throughout the salad, under the top layer of grilled chicken, after she had taken the first bite.
Almost as if they just took an existing chopped fried chicken salad and threw grilled chicken on top.
Hoping we don’t end up in the hospital tonight while on this trip, which is what happens when she eats anything with gluten.
Next morning update: severely inflamed and every single body joint is in pain. She only took one bite (and spit it out after realizing there was breaded fried chicken hidden in the salad) and that’s all it took to ruin our trip

Great food, but this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen… consistently.
EDIT 2/21/16 —- Yet ANOTHER time that they shorted me food. I’ve lost count how many times they have not given me my full order.
For some reason, the Mobile Thru line is *always* slower than the line where you pull up and order, which makes no sense. It can often take 10+ minutes to get through the drive thru. I’ve given up on going through in the morning before work because it will randomly make me late. At least the people are generally nice!

They take forever to get your order to and every other time they still don’t get everything you ordered in the bag like the sauces why offer to order sauce if half time they don’t put them in the bag. If it’s taking 10 minutes to get this simple order why are things missing then??? Make it make sense

We went in this evening to grab a quick bite to go before getting on the road. The bathrooms were horrible…paper everywhere, trash was piled up, water all on the counter. Then, I went to order, and the gentleman in front of us didn’t get his receipt, so he asked for it to which the girl quietly replied that the machine was out of paper. Really!?!? He said that he wanted to add his receipt to his points which she never once apologized, nor said, “My pleasure.”…not once. She never once had a smile on her face, spoke up, said my pleasure, thank you for coming, kiss my foot, or anything. When the young man handed my order to me, I asked about my drinks to which the cashier replied and gave my drinks to me…and I replied, “My pleasure.” They both seemed startled and both replied,”My pleasure,” and he told me to have a nice day. The trash can was overflowing something terrible. Not clean inside at all. I have been in many Chick-fil-As, and this by far, was an embarassment!! Corporate needs to help this place, Bad!!!

I went through the drive thru about 1pm. Customer service was on point with about a 10 minute wait. I thought that was pretty quick considering the volume of customers. My fries were not hot which was a little disappointing. The associates ensured I got the right order with extra sauces. I would go back again.

Never been so dissapointed in my favorite chain. Was so excited to taked someone to Chic Fil A for breakfast for their first time. Ordered ahead on the app at 1010, showed up at 1020 to a long line that wasnt moving. By the time we made it to the check in, was 1032, and informed they wpupd not longer honor our order we had sent in over 20 minutes prior. And, if wed want anything we need to go back in line and start all over.

I have always enjoyed eating Chic fil A, however, when visiting this location, there is one thing I didn’t like, AT ALL! I placed a mobile order thinking I would be able to go and grab quickly. We waited 45 minutes in line! Then when I got my order, I checked it and discovered they forgot my fries. They gave me the fries with no problem, but it was apparent that this location was not ready for the volume of customers that showed up that day. This is the only reason I could not give five out of five stars on service. They should go back to the drawing board and rethink how to deal with large volumes of customers for all sections (indoor, drive-thru, and mobile orders). When and if they figure that out and I am in town, I will visit again.

Great place to grab lunch while still on the go. Super friendly and fun customer service. I only wish we still had 2 in Alexandria. The one that was in the mall was closed down. My daughter is a super fan of the restaurant and I have to say that I have to agree with her! ❤️
