I come through pretty often to get my spicy deluxe meal large size and this young man who I believe his name is Bryce whom I always see when I come up there took my order and he has remembered it everytime I give props to his generosity and his customer service making sure everything is right and he very friendly towards me and even sometimes carries a conversation if I lead into one, but the lady at the window my past time I believe her name was Vinny, she is a kind a soul who seemed very happy to be there making others happy and serving them making sure I got what I needed. I give props to these employees making everything easier for us customers who come through and even to the new ones who they help find what they want to order and give them a safe environment to get some food.

Great food. Place is difficult to get in and out of. Atmosphere in parking lot is chaotic. Reps out there are the best, but its stressful dealing with the parking lot. Inside is just fabulous compared to outside.

I do Door Dash and here lately when I come to pick up orders you have to wait for long periods of time. Never greeted not friendly has some what of an attitude when calling out orders when ready and not addressing customers that are waiting at the pick up window.

Slow and dangerous. Will not work the drive through in a timely and safe manner. They are litterly holding traffic in the road preventing it from moving as I write this. If this place can’t not block the road it should be shut down.

We didn’t know this Chick-fil-A was a walk-up, drive-through only until after we arrived. It does have bathrooms and a small outside dining area,—both of which we took advantage of. We chose to use the walk-up window to order, since we didn’t want to eat in the car. Service was friendly and quick and the food was the standard better-than-average Chick-fil-A fare.

Went to this location on Glenwood Drive in West Monroe to pick up a door dash order. When asked, the employee name was Chloe. She was Very rude. This young lady looked me dead in my face and continued to work (they were not even that busy). When you’re working and maybe busy, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS and let them know “I’ll be with you as soon as I can” or something . This girl looked me dead in my face as I stood there for about 5 mins or so. Then another nice young man came up (remind you I was already standing there before anyone walked up), Chloe had him going to the order window first to wait on the Caucasian man. This girl couldn’t even apologize or say it was a misunderstanding & had the nerves to be smirking like something was funny when I mentioned what had just happened. Very rude & not a friendly employee. What happened to customer service? The other employees at the other location are always nice. Chloe needs some professionalism and customer service reminders.

I got here to pick up a mobile order for a coworker I went ask manager about the miss Tara I think that was her name and she was very nice nasty about which window I have to go to and it took them over 26 minutes to get the order very Unpleasing and unprofessional service this morning I would never use this location ever again. The customer service always sucks.
