Every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve been met with nothing less than absolutely stellar customer service. This location is busy from open to close every single day (except for Sundays when I inevitably crave a chicken biscuit). No matter how busy they are, there is always a smile to go along with the friendly greeting when it’s my turn at the window or in the drive thru line. When someone brings my curbside order out to me in the parking lot, they make sure to say “Have a great day, Ms Hannah!” and I’m a complete sucker for that kind of service!

This location is always ridiculously busy but you wouldn’t know it if you looked at speed of service. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff members are always cheerful and helpful…. Almost too cheerful . This location is the model of how fast-food restaurants should operate.

This location needs some sort of rearranging with employees. When complaints come in or you mess up an order the phone just rings and rings, they expect you to leave a message.

9-13-19 Friday lunch time. Everyone was nice, the food was delicious and the store was clean and yes even the restroom. This location is running a tight race with the location in Kenner Louisiana. By far both of these locations are the best Chick-Fil-A’s that I’ve been to. Your in and out in a timely manner even when there’s a lot of people in line. Great job, I will definitely be back to this location PS: I go to this location all the time

We really love Chik Fil A but the prices are getting out of control. My husband ordered a combo meal and an extra side and it came out to $17. The sandwich was so sloppily put together, didn’t give us the right sauces, and half the fries were dumped into the bag. Won’t be going back.
