Ugh, mall atmosphere. Waited behind about 6 ppl on Saturday pm. Chicken was good but out of tomato. Service was decent but not outstanding. Would prefer a drive-thru that was closer, but the WM location is just as far away.

Waited 30 mins for them to open never did. People looking through the gate, workers & managers not saying anything. I asked were they open lady said we can’t serve you right now it could be an hour from now! I asked for a manager & ordered food from another vendor. Gates started to open but no manager! I’ve never had and issue until today but it was a horrible experience only to receive no Chick-Fil-. I spent my $30 elsewhere becausei was lied to when the girl said an hour.

They we’re rude and messed my order up 2 separate times. I circled around to get it fixed and they messed it up again. I didn’t have an attitude or anything until they started cussing me because I came around again due to the mess up.

This was the rudest people working at this location! I eat at chick fil an all the time and have never had such bad service and rude people at the Pecanland Mall monroe la! The food tastes like the grease was old and the people up front should not have been dealing with customer today at 11:30 am!!!!!

This is a very nasty salad.. theres no toppings really , and after paying for extra toppings and still getting a salad with almost nothing on it it’s very disappointing. I can get a better salad that isnt so bland and made with old lettuce that’s over priced else where.. this is definitely NOT a Cobb salad
