I placed a mobile order at the Mansfield Road location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My drink order was incorrect, and my bag did not include any of the condiments I requested and paid for.
When I walked to the counter to politely explain the issue, the young man assisting me did not speak, rolled his eyes, and seemed visibly annoyed. He overfilled my drink, handing it back to me with the cup completely wet. I had to ask for napkins because he made no effort to wipe it off or correct the situation professionally.
Additionally, I had to request sauces multiple times even though they were included in my order. Customer service is usually what sets Chick-fil-A apart, but this interaction fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses professionalism and customer service expectations moving forward.

I ordered a Market Salad and it didn’t have strawberries, lettuce was full of brown spots, apples were turning brown as well. The chicken was not sliced or cut up and was just thrown on top uncut. When I call the store, after following prompt, it hung up, 5x! SAD!

Firstly, I love chick-fil-a, but this location needs help. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and the wait is ridiculous. Quality control seems non-existent. Customer service is disappointing. The ordering process of waiting until we’re at the menu screen to give our order to a person, then give our order to another person 3 steps next to them seems counterproductive. Just use the same system the other chick-fil-a restaurants are using…it works. There is absolutely no benefit to order using the mobile app. It’s all very frustrating because the food is good, but that’s all that is good. They need to take all these employees and send half to youree drive and half to Bossier to be retrained to be up to the standards we’ve come to know and love from chick-fil-a.

It’s hard to even type the fact that we had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-a restaurant. We love Chick-fil-a! But this location had staff who seemed to care less about taking our order and took several minutes to unlock the bathroom door that led to a really gross bathroom. The fries were good, but our chicken nuggets were mostly small pieces of batter spilled over nuggets that didn’t seem to have enough batter. From the service to the food, this location disappointed.
