Came here for a late dinner while in town for a high school graduation. It was an hour before closing, so it wasn’t crowded at all. There was only 1 other table occupied. We ordered everything on the app as had a large order for a large party.
Staff did a great job in getting all the orders correct and delivered to the table. Food was consistent with any Chick-Fil-A restaurant. Everything was freshly and neatly made. We were finished 15 minutes before closing but never felt rushed.

Chic fil a is so good always fresh but there is one guy that sometimes takes the orders in the morning.. he’s very dry and not friendly at all like the other workers. He just tries to get you out of line quicker, doesn’t even ask what type of protein you want in your breakfast bowl or burrito. He’s given me the wrong order twice. Other than that the food is always delicious and their customer service is spectacular!

This location seems to stay packed and congested despite all the teams best efforts – there must’ve been 6 crew members out taking orders – I feel like we were holding up the line – even with them working diligently to move us along – The food was great – I’ve kinda been on a spree re: their new chicken nuggets. The waffle fries – are always grate ( great, lolz) .. try the Mansfield rd location for a bit slower pace ( for instance, if you need time to decide what you want) but Mansfield rd location has no dine in at this time.

They are the most efficient fast food restaurant on the planet. They all have a system that moves you through the drive thru quickly. CFA actually needs real estate of 2 restaurants to accommodate patrons as the drive thru can be a winding mess and pay attention in case lanes merge. Still the best choice by far.

3 stars due to how they consistently handle the drive through. Went at 10:40am. No one behind me and as soon as I pull to the window they ask for you to go park curbside. They literally beat me to the parking spot with my food. Next car that pulls up, the guy immediately tells him to go curbside. Mind you the curbside parking is not the easiest to get to when pulling out of the drive through. Need to address there process for when to send people curbside, because it just seems kinda lazy at this point. Happens every time I go there.

Ordered for delivery via DoorDash and it was the grossest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, I get that it’s supposed to be fresh but it tasted like dirt. There was also a very grey section of meat. Not a typical experience but I’ll be hesitant to revisit this location for awhile.

Terrible Chick-fil-A. This one definitely does not serve God‘s chicken. Rude employees and don’t bother ordering on the mobile app because there’s no purpose for it. They don’t have an additional line and all you do is merge in the end into a single line.
