Busy location! Great team in drive thru who are well trained, respectful, and helpful. The mobile thru line is great but can be tricky to access when the drive through order line is busy. Inside the restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating. Very clean tables and chairs for diners. Restrooms are always clean and stocked. By far my favorite chick fil a in BR because the team is so friendly

My family and I came here last night. Our order was incorrect so they had to go back and update the order completely. Once we got our food, a whole meal was missing!!!! We ordered three deluxe #1 meals and none had any vegetables on it. The lady said they were out of lettuce which was a lie because they had forgotten spoon for my child and the other meal so he went inside to get these items and when he checked the 3rd meal it absolutely had lettuce and tomatoes on it. Also, the chicken was cold. The only thing was fresh and decent were the fries. Poor customer service for the young lady to lie and say there was no lettuce etc. and poor quality of food for the price you pay. The lady who served us last night a little after 9pm she was kind of chubby with braids in her hair with blonde highlights. She really lied with a straight face. It’s sad!

Best Chick-fil-A location. This is the only fastfood place we eat at.
I have sensitive digestive system and my fiance is picky about where he eats. (As in, he will go out his way to travel to a specific location and pass up places that are closer.)
When we want to treat ourselves to something easy, this is where we go. Never have an issue with the food. Also, you are a fool if you don’t use the app. Not only does it make drive thru 10x easier and quicker, you get perks.

Went thru drive thru… Good if you are familiar with the menu. I ordered a chicken sandwich… Horrible. Dry sandwich with morning but 2 pickles between dry buns with overcooked chicken. No idea that it didn’t come dressed in any way. For $4.99 it was pathetic.

Dropped by for lunch. We dinned in. The drive through was very busy, however inside was quiet. Inside was very clean and the staff were friendly. Didn’t wait long for our food and it was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back.

honestly super disappointed with the service this afternoon. it’s my moms birthday and she’s had the chickfila app for years, we asked 4 different employees why her birthday reward wasn’t showing up and every one of them said, “honestly i’m not sure sorry.” the manager said she must have just signed up and they couldn’t help her. chickfila employees are usually super nice and helpful but they were dismissive and rude to my mom on her birthday.

Pulled into an empty multi-lane drive up area at 7 PM at night. No cars anywhere and the order takers were sitting off to the side. I pulled over to them and start my order and he says “Sorry, that’s the mobile lane, you’re going to have to drive around the building and come back.” I replied, “If I drive out of this spot, I’m never coming back.” He said “It’s corporate policy.” I said “seriously?” then drove away. Never going back to this Chikfila and it definitely wasn’t my pleasure.

This must be a new location but it was super busy, my only complaint is the kids pack sizes are really small I will remember that next time. Otherwise the food was delicious.
