My chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and so flavorful! It’s so good when you add mayo. I like my fries with Chick fil la and barbecue sauce! The food is always good and the service fast and friendly!

Took me 29 minutes to get my food in and they got me the wrong order. While I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich, I specifically ordered no toppings except for pickles. What I got were no toppings except for cheese. On top of that, they didn’t tell me “my pleasure” when they finally handed me the order, which is something they’re supposed to tell their customers when they hand the order, regardless of how busy the location is. Not to mention the employees looked out of it in terms of posture. In my 4 years of going to that location, I have never had a service that was that lousy and this is a first for me. This is absolutely unacceptable and there are drastic measures that need to be taken if they want me to have a positive impression on them.

Bob is the #bestofbest … very attentive. Eager to please. This is the best Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to, and I get around.
I don’t always rate them because you just expect greatness from Chick Fil A. They have raised the bar and expectations. I don’t even eat fast food anymore, except of course for “The Lord’s” chicken. So rating a Chick Fil A is like well duh.
This store is different, and it’s in the best way!
I would have taken a pic of Bob, but I didn’t want to make him feel awkward or shy and besides he was making someone else’s day at the counter when I waved bye thanking him one final time.
Thanks to the store managers and to the team that supports Bob helping him deliver greatness… one right order at a time. #BestofBest #BobofBest

Least friendly Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Totally hands off service and everyone there seemed checked out. This is a campus store so you have to go inside- most drive thru. Will definitely go to the other CFA store next time.

This is the first time with a bad experience at any chick fil a. Female manager (red plaid shirt) was very rude! They had trouble with deciding if an order was mine. I had a receipt so all they had to do was look at it and I even offered. Had to go back inside because they forgot something in my order. Same lady helped me and was rude whereas the other workers were nice and helpful.

Went in on Christmas eve to pick up a special 30 nuggets buy one get one. They was amazing and the workers there were very kind and it was good to see the people that came in to buy the special. It was truly amazing to see the smiles and Christmas spirit that the special had on everyone.

Just like any other Chick-fil-A, great service, quick food with a great taste. Smaller building that is filled with college students so be wary if you aren’t a student at Nicholls that the line will always be long and full of school bags.

Seriously, this place was the bomb! Came here with my son after his football game; Fastest I’ve ever seen a restaurant serve during a rush. Restrooms were a bit dirty but that’s understandable during a large rush!
