I wish I could give them less stars. Their food is nasty tastes like nothing but salt. They gave me the wrong order while they’re right there in my face. As I’m placing the order you mess it up. I don’t know how that’s possible. You asked the manager about the messing up the order. She has an attitude so who is the voice of reason if you can’t get your order right? Because they have attitudes.

So this was my second time ever eating at Chick-Fil-A and have never really even seen their food in person. Anyway, I was in a hurry to get to work so I only had a couple of minutes to eat. I thought I’d go with the “safe” option of chicken nuggets. Holy hell, Ive never seen such sad excuses for nuggets in my entire life. They had no consistency in size or shape, except them all being tiny. They were over-breaded, inconsistently. I was worried that one sauce packet would not be enough for 8 nuggets, but alas the 8 nuggets did not have enough surface area to hold that much sauce because they were so tiny.

The food is fine but please get rid of the mobile app pick up. It slows the actual waiting walk-in customers down. Eight people in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes because the mobile orders are priority. I can’t give bad stars to the staff because they’re nice. It’s the mobile app that’s ridiculous. I hope restaurants will come to recognize this model is idiocracy…in deep.

I don’t usually post a review about fast food chains but I had to as the food was on point. The salad is really generous portion with really good dressing and chickens (definitely go for the avocado dressing) and lemonade is also really good. The chicken burger was so good that we had to have a second one. I definitely preferred the classic one than the spicy one but they were both moist and super delicious.

Food is consistent with all other chic fila’s the location is perfect. It’s located few blocks from Ceasars Superdome. We stopped in after the NoLA cfb bowl game.

Food was cold and drenched in lemonade. Delivery orders are packed poorly and the drink lids often fall off. The DoorDasher dropped the drink lid on the ground and put it back on the half filled drink. I don’t recommend deliver service. All around poor quality.

Ordered my food and they gave me the opposite of everything on the bag and just didn’t put anything that I ordered in it. No Parfait but gave me a spoon, ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit- only gave me bacon and cheese, asked for 3 strawberry jelly, they literally only gave grape. Tried to call the store- but the line isn’t connected. Contacted support and they said they will send my concern to the owner- should be an auto refund since I paid for something I didnt even receive. Just because it’s chic fil a doesn’t mean it will be good- and that was proven for a second time to me from this location

Do not use the new Chick-fil-A in-house delivery. This location will leave your order sitting within confirmation & you will also have to wait for the pending charge to clear with your bank (takes time).

An employee pulled me out of the bathroom with my dress still down, yelling at me and using bad language. Even though I told her I had eaten there, she didn’t care and took me out.
It’s sad that the bad attitude and treatment of just one person on the team ruined the moment.
