So I went here the other morning and ordered a chicken breakfast burrito and was given a sausage breakfast burrito. I went back up there the team asked for it back stating they’ll fix it. I leave , open it and it has the cold sausage on it with chicken on it. I go up there for the 3rd time, ask to speak to a manager and I’m watching her tell the team member to see what I wanted. The team member apologized for it but this needs to be addressed. Asking for food back once it’s out is a no no, but to take that same food that has now been sitting untouched and adding chicken to it and giving it back to me is a violation of Food and Health safety. I don’t think they understand that doing that can actually make someone sick. Not only are you risking making someone sick ,but now you’re just wasting food. When you could have thrown that away and properly made a chicken burrito you’ve just not only wasted the sausage burrito but also the added chicken, not to mention my time, do the math. This team needs to be retrained. As a former Chick-Fil-A supervisor I can say that Chick-Fil-A pays their employees a little more than other fast food chains because they expect their employees to maintain and uphold the high standards that they set. This is the ONLY Chick-Fil-A (and I’ve been to many and in different states) that I can say does not hold up to those standards and it’s very disappointing. Please get it together, they don’t train you in food safety for you to just do what you want to do, and it needs to be addressed because it’s a danger to public health and food poisoning is not fun.

The parking lot is too small for the design of this 2 lane drive thru. 1 lane is for mobile order only and there is no one in it. The regular lane is backed up out into the street and blocking cars from getting in and out. The drive thru service was very slow which added to the log jam. Our food was fresh & hot once we received it and our order was accurate.

I recently placed an order for a spicy filet deluxe meal using the mobile app, arriving just 15 minutes later and scanning my code in the mobile drive-thru line. There were only four cars ahead of me, and I was hopeful for a quick experience. After waiting about two minutes at the front, I was handed my drink and instructed to pull into a VIP parking spot while my sandwich was being prepared.
While I appreciate the effort to keep the line moving, I ended up waiting an additional five minutes for my sandwich. This has been a recurring issue at this location; I’ve visited other Chick-fil-A restaurants with larger orders, and I’ve never had to wait in a designated spot. It’s disappointing to have a consistent experience that feels less efficient than what I’ve come to expect from the brand. I hope they can improve their timing in the future.

Very disappointed in this location. Usually Chick-fil-A can do no wrong, but the Laplace restaurant has some serious quality control issues. My orders have consistently been wrong at each visit (I’ve had literally ALL 3 of the sandwiches that I ordered turn out to be completely different items), I’ve had items missing, and they bring the orders to the cars behind you quite frequently. The workers seem friendly, but I won’t get my hopes too high in the future. Photo below to show the half empty medium fruit cup bowl I received with my breakfast this morning.

The worse service I have ever seen at a Chick-Fil-A. I assume they are flying under the radar and corporate does not know how bad this place is. I even tried to cancel my mobile order, was told by the staff it was cancelled and still got charged on my credit card. Just terrible.

I’m not going to be the type to be super bad or really good reviewer. I’m giving this an honest review. When we first got there, we noticed right off the bat how fast the cars were leaving even despite it being a lot so props to the team for that. They had a few people standing outside to take orders beforehand allowing the orders to get to your car before you even get to the window. The workers were all extremely polite and efficient at their jobs. Now with that being said, let’s get onto the food. The fries were extremely salty but the sandwich more than made up for it. The food was still warm and quite good in fact. The Mac and cheese tasted homemade which kind of brought a tear to my eye. All in all, yall did a really good job.
