My 24 year old son with autism had a kidney transplant at Oschners on January 7. Chik Filet delivered lunch to us today!! My son was so excited when he saw the Chik Filet bags with food from his favorite restaurant. . They also brought the sweetest card and gift certificates, Thank you for such a sweet gesture and giving my guy a big smile on his face!! You guys are awesome!!

Worst location ever! Stopped in because I was in a hurry. I believed they would do their due diligence to be somewhat quick. I have been in the drive though for 23 minutes!!!!!! For two breakfast biscuits! Insane! What is going on in there? The line was not even long maybe 6 cars ahead of me. Unacceptable. No excuse. I expect more or of a CFA! What’s going on in there!?

2 orders of chicken strips / 2 orders of french fries / 2 medium sodas and several ranch sauces $46.51 What do you think of this? 2 orders at a fast food restaurant almost $50 dollars no no no I’m never going back. Chick-fil-A Airline and Severn FSU #05171 Metairie LA / There are 4 of us in my family, and this time I bought food for my two daughters because there are several places where we could have all four of us eaten for $46.51, no exaggeration. / It happened so fast that I didn’t have time to react, plus the drive-thru line really doesn’t give you time to react quickly because they use tablets to take orders, and at that moment you don’t even see the prices. You only realize the amount after you’ve already placed your order.

I was the drive thru when another vehicle it the restaurants tool box sending it rolling into my truck causing $2000 worth of damage but Chick fil A and their insurance Sedgwick denied the claim! Saying it wasnt their fault! Seems a little ridiculous?!

Ordered food. Incomplete order delivered. Contacted employee. Was told that they can deliver the correct food later after they deliver other food or I can go to store and get it myself. Did not apologize for the issue until I was clearly frustrated. No offer to correct or make it right. Incompetent and rude service. This is the new norm.

I’ve never been to this location before So you’re sitting in line They ask you what you want but they can’t offer you a menu. Then they get upset because you don’t know what you want so you have to wait to move forward to go to the actual menu. The kids meal is not listed on the screen and and then the person that was waiting on me was getting irritated with my questions. I asked him what was included in the kids meal, he told me and went on to say Well it’s a kid’s meal like I should know exactly what comes in it. I gave service four stars because the staff at the window made up for the whole situation we were laughing by the time I left.

The chicken on my sandwich was damn near burnt. I actually got 2 of them as you can see from my receipt and both of them was BURNT. See Photo. Furthermore, after reading the reviews on here, I see that the management/owner doesn’t care about this Chic Fila because they have not responded to any reviews. I’m putting this on Google also. 67 bad reviews on their site is utterly bad.
