It was my first time going to Chick-fil-A and it definitely will not be my last.
I went to the counter and asked a staff member what he would recommend and I ended up getting the spicy chicken combo. The staff was very helpful in guiding me on what food I should get.
After eating the full combo, I enjoyed every part of it. The chicken burger, fries and sauce is delicious . The drink was very refreshing, it was also at a good price.
The place is clean at all times. There is a staff member who walks around and makes sure the environment stays clean.
Shelby checked up on me to see if I enjoyed the meal and I said yes. I also asked what other food he would recommend. Shelby is polite, respectful and helpful. He deserves a raise. I like dealing with people like that.
Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this location.

This place never fails at delivering satisfying customer service. Apparently some homeless guy picked up my order just a minute a two before I walked in, I only had to wait like ~2 minutes and they had my food remade with a free gift card for the inconvenience! The app too is amazing, sometimes it just gives you free food for no reason!

Tristan at the register was very patient with me while i redeemed my whole meal for free. I’ve been to places where they rush you, or tell you “you got enough free food” while you’re trying to scan your app one item at a time. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thanks 6th and congress CFA!

Recently ordered 90 dollars of food for my office team’s lunch, the order was incorrect with missing items, and upon returning for the missed items, these were placed in a flimsy bag that tore and spilled on the way back to my office. I expect better out of a company that prides itself on customer service, now I’m faced with completing my work day with no food which creates an extremely unpleasant experience.

Ordered a “Frosted Lemonade” via DoorDash and got this brown sludge in a cup. Employees must’ve turned on the machine for the day and didn’t bother to clean it out or put fresh ingredients in. Didn’t even try to drink it. Disgusting and unacceptable. That and Chick-Fil-A added hormones back into their chicken (big bummer).

Don’t trust this place if you’re celiac or can’t eat gluten. Ordered their gluten free bun in a group order and the Chick-Fil-A staff labeled the sandwich boxes wrong so I got someone else’s sandwich on a wheat bun.

I bought a reusable cup but when I received it the bag was already torn open and from what I know they are supposed to be sealed bc you can get a golden cup to receive a price. So I believe a employee is opening the bags before we receive them

The woman who assists with orders and refills in the main dining room is such a delight! I’m so bummed I didn’t catch her name. Especially when she was so sweet to remember my name. She is so attentive and kind! The epitome of Chick-Fil-A service right there!
