I’ve never had a negative experience at any Chick-fil-A, and I’ve travelled through many states and eaten at dozens of different Chick-fil-A locations. I’ve always counted on them to provide quick and accurate orders, consistently friendly servers and delicious food cooked just right! How disappointing it’s been the last two trips I’ve made to the new Chick-fil-A in North Platte! The first trip I received overdone and very small chicken strips and waited in line about 10 minutes despite being one of only 3 cars in drive through. Today took the cake though! There were two lanes of vehicles in line when I arrived. There were 15 cars ahead of me (counting cars in both lanes). I waited for over 30 minutes! The man who took my order was not unfriendly, but did not smile once or sound enthused during the transaction. The young man at the window was friendly and smiled (the only positive thing about my trip today) After waiting so long for my food, I went straight home with it. When I got home and opened the box I was surprised to find very small and overdone strips again! I will be choosing other fast food places in the North Platte area now. I do hope the North Platte location wakes up and brings some training and improvements before others decide the same!

It didn’t take long in the drive thru and staff was friendly. But we ordered 2 cobb salads and after we got home and were ready to eat we noticed that even though the containers both said cobb salads that one was a market salad instead. Good thing neither of us were allergic to strawberries.

We traveled a long way from Arizona to North Platte and ordered our meal, which included two Spicy Deluxe sandwiches. I took a photo of the soggy bread – both sandwiches had wet bread that was falling apart. I’ve ordered this sandwich many times in Arizona, but this was a first-time experience with such poor quality. The sandwiches weren’t hot enough, and the fries were barely warm. Despite the quick preparation, we were disappointed with the overall quality and won’t be back. The only redeeming part was the chicken nuggets.

Gonna be real, never thought I would post a negative review for Chick Fil A. Not a busy store while we were there. Not in the slightest. Plenty of workers as well but not a single one working. Seemed to have a lot people standing around supervising or doing 1 task every 5-10min while there was a line out the door. 30 minutes we waited for food in a seemingly half empty restaurant.
No one was rude and food was quality as usual. Just be prepared for it to take a long time.

Every time I have visited this location it has been soooo slow. Even if there’s very few cars in the drive thru or customers in the dining room. I’ve always had fast service at other chic-fil-a locations. Also, the food is often served luke warm and doesn’t seem fresh, definitely not up to the standards I’ve experienced at other chic-fil-a’s.

Chicken tasted good. But Low quality bun dissolved and fell apart from the tomato slices juice. All the tables were dirty, so patrons had to clean their own tables before they sat down. Staff ignored you if you try to get a drink refill. Our order did not come with any condiments and so we had to wait quite a while to get some.

Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Sat at the outside speaker while they took the orders of 3 people on the inside speaker. Had to call them on the phone to get someone to come to our speaker to take our order. Got 2 kids meals and neither of them came with the toy. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. This was a first and this location does not represent the company well at all!

They were pretty busy inside but the staff was fast and friendly. My chicken sandwich and fries were delicious. My small oreo shake was so good and I love putting the honey mustard on my sandwich and dipping my waffle fries in it as well.

In typical fashion, this CFA location was speedy, clean and very friendly, all while being very busy.
A few outdoor tables which was great for people with pets.
It has a small playroom but not the normal full playground found at other locations. A bit of a bummer when you’re hoping to let the kids stretch and burn off energy while traveling through.
