Went at 11 this morning, barely anyone there, and even then I expect a wait, but still took 35 minutes and once we got our food it was all cold. But I wouldn’t normally complain about that, the real disgusting part was when I pulled my fries out and there is long blonde hair wrapped in/around the fries. Several pieces of hair stuck to two of the fries along with some sort of green fabric, plus more hair just floating around in the container. Disgusting and disappointing. Went here last week for my first Chick-fil-a experience ever and it was amazing, there was 3x as many people as when I went today and it took maybe 10min and the food was great. Don’t know what happened in less than a week but that’s very disappointing, would give 0 stars if I could.

First time going here. Surprised the drive theu was manned by a guy in a booth to take your order. Problem is booth is before the menu. Someone brings your order to your car. We ordered for 3 people. One order they forgot to place and we had to go back. Overall, a nice fast food option.

I went through the drive thru at around 5:30pm on 2/26/26. Ordered my food, got my order, headed down the interstate. Reached in the bag to retrieve my mac n cheese only to notice I had no fork! Decided I’d just eat my nuggets instead, they were cold and over cooked. Dripped sauce down the front of me and reached back in the bag, NO napkins either. What? You’ve got to do better!!

I would like to take a moment to say Thank you to Carl for greeting me this morning and taking time to talk with me bright and early. I also got to meet His Amazing wife as well. Wonderful people with a passion and heart to serve this community with Great honor and service. Restaurant was tidy and staff were ready to serve a great meal! A+ highly recommend you give them a try and give them some Grace. They brought us a Chic fil a to GI. They will get everything perfected in no time!

It took nearly an hour and a half for my online pick-up order. I didn’t get to the restaurant until 45 minutes after placing the order and not only was it not ready, they hadn’t even started preparing it. Then after locating the order on the computer, said they’d go ahead and make the food; asking how I’d like to pay, though I had already paid in advance online – good food, but really awful service and there really isn’t a convenient place to hang out while waiting for your food.

I’ve been here numerous times since it’s opened and the results are always the same… It takes forever to get your food! Order on the app, why? They don’t make it until you arrive and you still get stuck in a line that, at times, you watch cars behind you getting their food before you. I’ve gone inside and checked in only to have to wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. The food isv always correct and usually warm. The people are always friendly. I swear that I’m done eating there but I keep going back and using most of my lunch break waiting in line for my food… Also, the time of day hasn’t mattered. If there’s no one else in line or if there are 10 cars, you’re gonna wait.
*Edit jan27. I ordered at 4pm to be picked up inside… It only took 5 minutes upon arrival to leaving. Food wasv awesome! Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Their lemonade is really good… “Top 3 lemonade in gi!”

The worst one I’ve been to! Took 40 minutes to get thru the line and they had no attendants to help make it move faster. I ordered online for it to be faster and it didn’t make it any faster

Never sure what to order, what sauces to ask for right away. No options are shared by employees. Signage is vague and unclear. Somehow they even snuck in an extra waffle fry we didn’t ask for but surely paid for. Seating area is small and feels cramped like you’re dining in with everyone else. Food wasn’t as good as the Lincoln, Nebraska location. Even staff in Lincoln went above and beyond – absolutely amazing employees there. Probably set my expectations too high. Will try again but not anytime soon.

The past few times have went there has not been very great and it seems there is Noone watching over the staff which all seems to be highschool children. Rubbing their noses, coughing, sneezing, all while grabbing our fries and putting it in a bag, while 3-4 others are standing there and noone seems to know what to do. ❤️ happy eating folks
