There was a person I knew here! He said he knew me too, but I doubt it. I only know about him because I followed him for the previous 8 hours trying to plan a meal planning with the plan, but it didn’t go according to plan. Anyway this Chick-Fil-A had 0 Chicks, only chickens, so if you want chicks you might have to hatch your own and bring them to cook there.

I live 30 mins away from this place and I always have great experience and no complaints but tonight was not the night I ordered 2 kids meals and 2 combo meals. I paid extra for large and got medium drinks, I had hardly any “fries” and I also had to turn into the parking lot and go inside to get my kids drinks that they forgot to hand to me. Not happy.

A chicken sandwich that is hard, if not impossible, to beat anywhere. The chicken sandwich is a simple but masterful combination of quality, perfectly cooked chicken placed on a steaming bun, topped with a pickle. There is no reason the sandwich should be that delicious, but it is every time. The buffalo sauce adds a nice touch to the sandwich but is not necessary. The side kale salad is a healthy and flavorful side option. Always quality and consistent. Clean restaurant with friendly service. My only suggestion would be to make the fountain soda machine assessable to customers.

I honestly don’t know if it was this specific location or if Chick-fil-A has just gone completely downhill, but this was hands-down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered the Cobb salad and when they handed it to me I almost sent it back on the spot. The lettuce was covered in dark red wilted edges like it had been sitting out for hours or even overnight. It looked legitimately expired. I picked through maybe three bites and threw the rest away.
The chicken strips were barely warm. I’ve had better chicken from a gas station.
Three people, basic meals, no extras – $43.87 after tax. Forty-three dollars for tasteless food and a salad that looked like it came from the bottom of a compost bin.
I used to defend Chick-fil-A to everyone. Not anymore. Raising Cane’s is twice the quality at half the attitude and I’ll gladly drive the extra five minutes from now on. Done with this place for good.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Asked them if they can put some mayo or something on it. Said they don’t do that. Took it home and dressed it up. For that price, outta consider making it edible

Came through the drive-through on January 15th 2026 I ordered a four count meal large with the Dr Pepper and Chick-fil-A sauce didn’t receive my sauce and instead of a Dr Pepper. I was given a Coke and when I came back to get my order right, the girls at the counter were giving me dirty looks and we’re not nice whatsoever.

Spent 15mins of my 30 min lunch break in line only to find out I was missing my fries. Spent another 5 mins arguing with an employee who claimed it wasnt rung up as a meal. But I got my drink from the meal? Weird. Waste of time over what’s probably 10 fries and pennies to the company. Walked out rather than being late back to work. First poor experience at any Chic Fil A ever

Searched for a simple chicken breast meal in the airport. Two other restaurants were out of chicken. Finally found chicken here. It tasted fresh and was not dried out. The waffle fries were superb!

Having employees take orders outside in sub-20° weather is really concerning. Standing in the cold and shivering while working doesn’t seem fair to the staff. I hope the owner reconsiders policies like this and prioritize employee safety and comfort over profits.
