This is the worst location i have ever been to. I usually love visiting chick fil a due to how nice employees usually are at all other locations ive been to. I leave just feeling positivity.
That is not the case with this DERBY location. They continuously mess up orders and are snooty. They will literally act like you’re lying when they mess up your order. More times than not i leave shaking my head, looking at the sign like, am i really at chick fila right now? So disappointing. Ill skip this location from now on.

The Derby Chick-fil-A on Rock Road, in the Derby Shopping Plaza by Hobby Lobby. Here is one of the most dependable fast food stops in the area. The meals are always what you would want from the famous chain and the staff is outstanding. I’ve received top level courtesy and professionalism here so it always makes for a good visit. Breakfast is done well here and the dining area is very spacious and clean. I can definitely recommend this location to Derby and McConnell AFB.

Cobb salad is what my mom always orders and 90 percent of the time it’s great. Sometimes it had too much spine, but maybe some people like that. Nuggets and fries are the best!

I’d like to take a moment to shout-out the two employees I had really pleasant interactions with. I went to the drive-thru this evening, it was about an hour before they closed for the night. As I drove up, Luis greeted me kindly and took my order. I asked about the desserts and his input was awesome and helpful! He made sure my order was all correct with the details, before I paid. Lovely customer service from him!!!
I pulled around to the window and was greeted by some very sweet ladies! I really only spoke to one directly, but they all shared a very warm smile with me and a “hello!”- Trinity was the main gal I spoke to, and she was so very kind. She and I had a lovely chat about a couple of things that brought a smile to my face. She made sure my order was correct and handed me the items, and made sure to tell me to have a great rest of my day.
Both of these interactions made the ending to my busy Monday quite a bit better I hope Luis and Trinity know how much their wonderful customer service and kindness is appreciated! ✨
