Local to the area and have even reached red member status here. Over the last year the quality of the food has diminished and the missing items in my order at this location has increased. Take today for example, we ordered my kids their usual nuggets and for the adults two spicy chicken biscuits. BOTH chicken sandwiches came looking like this and this has been consistently happening the last 4-5 orders. Will be driving to another location moving forward due to the poor food and service output at this location.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location, but the amount of missing items is enough for me to come on here and say something. The last two visits I have been missing something. The food is also warm at best. For the cost of dining out these days I feel compelled to get a refund at best. I place online orders, so there should be no confusion as to what’s on the order. To top it off, the customer service process takes way too long. I never leave negative reviews but hoping management sees this and does some coaching.

The drive-through experience was awful. They have cars pull forward one car length to wait for their food, which caused unnecessary delays. We only ordered two shakes and received them quickly, but we were still stuck waiting for over a minute and a half behind the car in front of us while they waited for their food.

It’s official. Chickfila is dead. The salad was good, but the chicken is absolutely gross. I can’t eat them anymore.

Last 2 months has been incredibly slow. Wrote this review while waiting 15+ minutes in line. I fear this chickfila is losing its fast ball. Will venture over to Taco Bell going forward

Extremely disappointing service. Mobile through is supposed to save time, but it doesn’t. You wait over 25 minutes in line for food while the regular drive through is served without issue. Please don’t offer a service and bill it as “quicker” if it’s not going to be.

NO drink carriers provided anymore in drive through pick up orders AND the last 10 times I’ve been (this location in particular) they haven’t said “my pleasure” once, this location has been great in the past but really lacking lately… very disappointed

The food is fine. The service is terrible, they didn’t build a big enough parking lot or kitchen or drive through. It’s about twice as busy as it should be. The mobile drive thru makes the regular drive through back up in front of other restaurants. The chickfila app is hard to use too.

Worst Chick Fil A that I’ve been to. The service is so slow. 9pm and they are way more concerned about closing down rather than serving food. I can’t even enjoy the food. Wasted a lot of my night.
