Okay, so I asked for a fruit cup as an extra side and I double-checked to make sure I would get both fries and fruit. Unfortunately, I ended up with two fruit cups instead. I admit I could have checked before leaving the drive-through, but then I also realized I didn’t receive any Chick-fil-A sauce or even a fork.

This is about the third time I’ve had an issue at this location. It wasn’t very busy or during rush hour, so it was surprising. It honestly feels like many of the employees are new and there isn’t enough supervision to ensure orders are prepared correctly.

I hope this location can improve its organization and attention to detail.

I don’t expect white glove service from a drive through, but I do expect basic attention and accuracy, especially when I’m paying premium fast food prices.

This location consistently misses the mark on service. During my recent visit, I had to repeat my order multiple times at the speaker because the team member clearly was not focused on taking it. It felt like I was competing with side conversations instead of placing an order. Having to repeat simple items over and over should not be part of the experience.

When I got to the window, my drink was forgotten entirely. The employee turned around to talk with a coworker while I sat there waiting. There was no acknowledgment and no sense of urgency, just complete indifference. I eventually drove off because it was obvious no one was paying attention.

I understand this is fast food, and I do not expect perfection. People should be able to enjoy their shifts. But there is a difference between having fun at work and being inattentive. The evening crew, in particular, comes across as disengaged and unconcerned with basic customer service or attention to detail.

This is easily the weakest Chick-fil-A location in the metro when it comes to service, because the brand standard is much higher than what is currently being delivered.

Today was a, “there is a first time for everything,” moment. I would not have ever imagined that getting my favorite food from Chik fil la would end in disappointment. The only reason I ate the wet Kale was because I paid for it. For some reason today out of all the days/years the Kale Crunch salad tasted like water and kale. It was weird. I only ate it because I paid for it!!!!!!!! Sigh…….

I was 1 of 2 cars there (so it’s not like they were even busy) and they didn’t get my order right. I asked for extra pickles. They manage to get the sticker on the sandwich bag right but no pickles on the sandwich. Not a complicated request. I live too far to take it back so just annoyed. The cost of everything is getting too expensive to not get your take out the way you want it.

To be frank, this Chick Fil-A location messes up mobile orders A LOT. In fact, I feel like my order is wrong more than it’s correct. They forget items, even simple things like salad dressing. Honestly, it’s surprising for Chick Fil-A. I rarely have issues with any other location. They are really struggling here.

Went in there today about 7:45pm and asked for a strawberry lemonade which taste nothing like strawberry at all. I stirred thinking flavor was at the bottom and still nothing. After letting the manager on duty know she said it would be an additional charge. The issue wasn’t the charge it was that there was no flavor it taste like regular lemonade. The way she looked at me like I didn’t belong and my word as a customer meant nothing. I will not be visiting that store again.

Went through the drive thru, personal service and they got order 100%correct with a smile and a thank you. I hope other fast food joints take note from Chick-fil-A and change their ways. This is how you get repeat business. Food quality was great as well, just what you expect from this location.

EVERY TIME, THEY FORGET SOMETHING! EVERY TIME! Today it was the bacon on a club sandwich. And the fruit for my daughter! Unacceptable. I’m tired of driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant to exchange food or get what I already paid for waste more gas and more time and Chick-fil-A is not cheap as it is… very disappointing.

Do not order online from this location. I order 3 meals every time and every time they forget half of the food. The last two times we didn’t get any fries. This time we were missing a sandwich, all of our sauces and straws. I’ve called to complain but there is no way to get someone on the phone.

I bet you couldn’t find a slower Chic Fil A if you tried … 1 car in line or 15 cars .. don’t matter you are here for a long time, not a good time. Its painful knowing this is only chic fil a in the area and how slow the experience is going to be and I continue to put myself through it to make my kids happy. Sometimes i do wonder if it would be faster to drive to Mission, KS though
