Drive thru may be quick but it’s very stressful. You don’t get to look at the menu board and they act annoyed if you don’t already know what you want. They’ll tell you to keep pulling forward even as you’re trying to count your money. Just seems like all the matters is speed, not the customer.

Came through the drive thru. The layout of the line had staff taking orders via tablets, then printing off the receipt, food delivery and sauce station last. The sauces were in buckets on a shelving station – it was actually really clever. My only concern was for the staff’s wellbeing as they’re standing on hot pavement near running cars in +100° weather. I hope they get free beverages!

This location is SO BUSY during lunch!!! Even so, I made it through the drive-through line in about 10 minutes total. Food was great—exactly as expected. Employees were a bit overwhelmed but still very friendly. Thank you!
