We go here fairly regularly, but I feel like the management is pretty stingy. I never have any issues with the workers lately. They all tend to be super kind and helpful. But I can never get much sauce even for a large order which is frustrating. I remember back in the day when they would leave sauce out so the customer could grab them at their convenience, but they are so ridiculously stingy with it at this particular restaurant. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A who was so concerned about handing out extra sauces. I paid $17 for one meal and an extra drink the other day and couldn’t get an extra sauce or two? That seems silly.

I would like to compliment the young man who stood outside in the drive-through taking orders. In spite of the rain, & of course the intense humidity that followed because of the heat that night. He had such a nice & helpful attitude it was refreshing compared to the other fast-food restaurant drive-through employees, we had experienced that very night at Burger King. The young man was so patient when I was having difficulty finding the meal due to my diabetic brain fog. I wish I could remember his name so he could receive the kudos he rightly deserves.

My grandson loves the chicken sandwich & nuggets… I can’t forget the mac & cheese ….he would eat it everyday…The young kids that work the drive-through have excellent customer service.. We haven’t eaten inside but will soon….I want to tell all the young kids working the drive-through,”Thank u all, everyone of u has good customer service & ask if we need anything else before we leave… Keep up the great service . U all deserve a raise….

Loved their market salad, so delicious and fresh. The staff at this location were great, positive, friendly, and fast service. They were getting ready to close for renovations though, so make sure they’re opened back up if you’re stopping by.

Never really been a Chick-fil-A fan that had not been to one in a long time that I had their chicken nuggets meal that portions weren’t really big and not feeling after all and I would go to Zaxby’s a bit more then at Chick Fill A and mostly better off with their basic chicken sandwich any way.

When going through the drive through they want to take your order on a tablet which is fine except when you pull up, all the drive through employees are too busy huddled amongst themselves to be bothered woth your order. After sitting in line as the only car, 3 employees just stood there and then were extremely rude as I tried to pull up to the order board to order. Not likely to visit this location Again, and I definitely won’t recommend it.

Overall I have had good experiences here. My last experience however was not great. I did curbside through the app. Unfortunately with curbside I have had a number of times where part of my order just has not been included. Usually it is supplementary things like dressing for a salad or toppings for a salad. So I have to park and go in. It’s not that big of a deal, but it defeats the purpose of curbside. In addition, on this last visit the salad I got tasted, stale and bitter. So overall, while I won’t stop going, I feel like I wasted this visit.

Came in with my young daughter on our way back to Manhattan after dropping my sister off at the KC airport. Was very clean inside, service was quick and the people were friendly. The owner, Travis, even stopped by and chatted with my daughter and I before we left.
