The drive-thru and online pickup areas can be a bit confusing, but overall it’s a good place. The staff are always friendly and quick with their service, and the burgers and milkshakes taste pretty good too.

I typically love this CFA, but I had a not so great experience. It normally gets 5 stars, but tonight I ordered a bottle of CFA Sauce, and when I got my order and saw it wasn’t in the bag I let a worker know..

He wanted to check my recipient to make sure I paid for it, and then another rude woman yelled from the back “it’s in the bag” and they tried to argue with me about it before just giving me the bottle.

I went on 12/15/25 at 5:45 PM.

Normally this CFA is excellent, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I’d love to change my review to 5 stars in the future.

We stopped in this location after Renaissance Festival. It was clean and the service was good. We ordered on the app for dine in and our order was correct. In fact, I had ordered extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles, which they honored in spades. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I got, since I can usually not tell much difference at my usual location. I definitely got my money’s worth here.

Chick-fil-A hands down one of the only fast food restaurants thats gives outstanding customer service. They are always so attentive they are always super nice. I can honestly say I have never had bad customer service especially at this location at the legends.

I hadn’t eaten at a chic fillet in quite awhile. My granddaughters requested it. I had a chicken sandwich with cheese tomato and lettuce. It’s not a big sandwich but it was very good. The waffle fries also hit the spot. The girls had it believe popcorn chicken. The kids meal come with fries drink and ice cream. She absolutely loved it. They both love this place. In the way out a very nice worker kindly refilled our drinks. Each meal was about $10 pretty much what all the fast food places are charging anymore for a meal. They just did a makeover on the place and it looked great. My little one was disappointed they took out the play place.

Do Chick Fil A store get to pick the size of their strips? We travel all over and eat at Chick Fil A so much that we usually reach Signature Member status within 4 months. The strips I received at this store were half the size as any other store. I took it back, told them about the size and asked for another four pack. They were pretty much the same size. I use two sauce packs normally and didn’t even use one with these strips. Staff was great.

Ordered via mobile (good-sized order). Had reviewed in the past with 5 stars, but need to update with current experience. Once my mobile order and checked in, i sat in the reserved mobile spots awaiting my order. After 19 minutes went by and no order, i called the store and stated the time i was waiting. 3 minutes later, my order was delivered and the lady (very nice and apologized) stated no information was on the two bags where to deliver. I find this unacceptable and questions should have been raised when the staff had seen this order sitting there. The order itself was good except for the ‘Chick-n-strips’. They were not the usual tender, baked just right i am used to. They seemed over-cooked, browner & drier. Will continue visiting this business, just hoping Management will bring attention to orders missing delivery instructions.

This place didn’t give us all the sauce we ordered. Gave my sister sweet tea instead of unsweet. Gave my dad’s girlfriend tea instead of half lemonade and half tea. Gave my sister the wrong dressing and the fries were cold.

First customers through the doors early in the morning. Chickin-minis and breakfast biscuits are the best! Greeted with smiling faces and accurate orders. Fresh flowers on the tables, clean restrooms.
