This is a fantastic restaurant. The chicken biscuits for breakfasts are incredible as is they’re iced tea. They’re famous chicken sandwich for lunch and chicken strips are terrific as well. The service is top-notch. Their employees are courteous and well groomed and a pleasure to work with.

Love eating at chick fil a. Got our order in. Sat down and within 5-10min our food was brought to us. Very polite staff. Place was very clean especially with how many people were there. We needed a high chair for our son and right before even asking a young man asked and brought it over! I’ve been to several chick fil A’s. This one has been the best so far!

Every time I have gotten food from here, there has been something wrong with it. The chicken has a lot of gristle, they serve old food, and today I found mold on my fries. Why is this chic-fil-a location SO bad?

It’s Chick-fil-A. The food is great, but the service is not up to snuff. The workers are inefficient. Waiting 30 minutes to order my food, and another 10 to receive it is not good. They don’t read out the order when handing the food off, resulting in people accidentally stealing food.
I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this location in comparison to other locations, but that’s basically it. The service is abhorrent, but the food is good.
August 23, 2023 Edit: Still the best place in the PSU, but the workers were on their phones the entire time that we were in line. They forgot the fries that came with out order. Classes just started back up, so I get that they’re stressed. But when it’s time to work, you need to focus on doing your job.
December 13, 2023 Edit: I just got accused of my name being Brooke by a worker. That’s a stupid name and I would never. The dude was quite insisting that my name was Brooke. Absolutely wrong.
I also forgot to add my previous two experiences. Both times, I got something wrong. My friend and I get spicy chicken sandwiches with mine being deluxe. Two visits ago, my friend got a normal chicken sandwich. Last time, I got a normal deluxe. We stopped going here until today. I don’t know if we’ll go again.

It happened again!!!~ It’s crazy that when I order a number two deluxe (spicy deluxe) that they somehow put it in as a normal sandwich.

We ordered grilled nuggets. They called back grilled nuggets. They gave us normal nuggets.

I’m happy that there is a location closer to me now !!
I think that they are working out some ‘bugs’ in this new location

2nd time I didn’t get the mayo I asked for and the cup of ice was medium instead of large
3rd time I always ask for no ice in my unsweet tea with a cup of ice. Tonight they put ice in my tea and uncharacteristically the tea has a bitterness to it
I won’t give up because I really enjoy Chik Fil A
I guess they don’t offer receipts with an option to complete a review for free stuff anymore. I do recognize that every employee has been amazing!!

A year ago this place was great, 5 stars, amazing, fast and friendly. Now it is so slow, it took 20 minutes to get a single spicy chicken sandwich, and there was no wait to order. They also prioritize grubhub orders, and let the people who wait in line, wait more to even order. The rest of the university is great, every other food place is awesome, but chikfila here is garbage.

Very fast and great staff! The food is alot better for you than most places. The grilled nuggets are the healthiest option around. Although a little more expensive, your stomach will thank you. The staff makes you feel like your old friends.
