Grabbed a quick lunch at Battlefield Mall today. The crunchy kale salad at Chick fil A is one of my all time favorites. Ordering was quick and easy and fresh.

Chris was excellent customer service. I ordered right at the end of a rush and it took a little longer to get my order but I understood completely. The manager was apoligetic even though it was nobody’s fault. My food was hot and delicious. I’ll be back.

Personaly I don’t care for chick-fil-A and that’s why I gave there food a 3 star. But the atmosphere service are amazing. Don’t get me wrong there food is great I just not a chicken sandwich person. I usually got to get a drink and walk the mall for four hours

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! Overall this place is genuinely the worst. I’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. The food here has made me sick TWICE!!!! It is the slowest chicken fil a I have ever been to. I’ve waited 45+ minutes for a simple sandwich and fries, on a day when the mall was not busy. Never have I ever been more disappointed in a chick fil a in my life. If you plan on shopping at the battlefield mall, skip this place and go to the one on Glenstone.

So I came here earlier today. I was craving some chicken fillet here. I usually come here every week or so, with no issues and my food is always great. But for some reason I don’t know what happened but the food was really bad today. My chicken was very so over cooked and greasy. And I mean never had this issue before nor ever happened to me before. But I didn’t realized it until I got home. But I didn’t feel like driving all the way back there. Any ways I would check my food next time you leave the place. Because you never know. Just my opinion and my experience. I really hope this doesn’t happen more often.

I’d order sunjoy gallon. It shows 1/2 sweet tea & 1/2 lemonade. The gallon is not filled up full. Taste tea more than lemonade.

This place had my food ready as soon as I sat down. They did forgot to add the mustard sauce I requested for but I wasn’t too concerned. The friendly cashier also recommended me a great sandwich and was smiling the entire time.
