Yes the food is expensive, but if you want fast service and know what you are going to get every time you visit, Chick-fil-A can’t be beat. I tried the Chick-fil-A Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich and loved it. Wish they would bring it back!!! This location in Joplin is very fast and clean.

One of the most fresh and crispy Chick-fil-A French fries that we have for a long time. And the chicken sandwich is fresh and delicious. This location really care what they do. The restaurant was clean, they even have fresh flowers. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Feel nice.

This restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. We got a Cobb salad and a number 1 with an extra chicken sandwich. Joe likes that they put pickles in their sandwich and the consistency of good food whenever we come. As soon as we pulled an an offer for a free hot or cold coffee came up. I got the cold coffee but would recommend getting a hot one instead. Bathrooms clean.

The staff did an amazing job! We brought in a bus load of about 50 middle school students. They had all of our orders taken and food served to us in about 15 to 20 minutes. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful as they always are. The food was hot and tasted great. GREAT JOB CHICK-FIL-A!!!

This was the worat experience! Usually Chick fila is consistent and good! They sold me chicken tortilla soup that was there all day looked like mush. When I said ummm they said it’s always that way. I get it all of the time, it’s usually fresh. They were rude and condescending 🙁 disappointing! Thank you! I should have gotten a photo but they took it back. Just choose a different location it was all around bad.

Only issue is… If the workers would go through the kids play area with the attention to detail a loving parent has. Health and Cleanliness is what most of us parents are after. I’m able to fit inside the kids play area and was able to see the inside is not fully wiped down and sanitized. I hope management sees this and steps up the frequency or address the attention to detail that is missed in the cleaning.

We stopped here on a road trip and it was the freshest sandwich I’ve ever received from any Chick-Fil-A. We are semi-regular customers to Chick-Fil-A and I wasn’t aware it was possible to have it this good. Whoever runs your kitchen needs to go around the country training other Chick-Fil-A’s how to do it! Excellent

I will say the owners of the ones at least in Joplin Missouri. They take care of the employees that work outside. They have fans, heaters, water misters. They have nice heated coats. Everybody is always in a good mood when we go.
