ordered doordash. the app didn’t allow me to select fries or extra sauce so i called the store.. the guy that answered told me “the meal comes with fries..” (so im like uhh okay because when i go through the drive thru, it comes with hash browns in the AM and for fries it’s a 7 min wait…) anywho, tell me why when my dasher arrived to get my food, they told her to tell me “we did her fries this time, but next time we won’t if it’s not after 10:30am.” could yiu not have told me that over the phone when i called lol?? amd since when could we not order fries before 10:30am.. never had an issue with getting fries till today. not everyone wants yalls hash browns, they’re nasty. and if im paying for food, im not sure why dripping fries would be an issue to begin with, you’re a company.. idk yalls service has been wild lately.

Probably the most mid chick fil a I’ve ever visited. Usually they are a solid place to get fast, fresh, and accurate food. This one was okay at speed of service, very accurate, but the food was pretty clearly not fresh. The fries were soggy in spots and the chicken tenders were not crisp.

Im a truck driver. Was afraid to stop in median to retrieve food but had no choice. I ran inside hoping for fast service. But it was rushed hour.. after cashier took my order i ran to wash my hands. To my surprising my food was ready when I walked bk up front. Let me tell you how hot, fresh, and crunchy the, food was.. so satisfying. I caught a cramp in my big toe.. I highly recommend this particular chick fil a. Beyond 5 stars all around thank you all.. crew n managers

The team member that waited on us was extremely patient with our family, full of joy in a hectic season! And the bonus was that this Chick-fil-A location offers free senior drinks. The food was served up hot and tasty and fast.

Go to the other Joplin Chick-fil-a. The drive through is much worse at this location. The times are much longer and they forget sauces. I’ve been to the other location 10 times and never any issues. First time trying this one, bad experience. Very not the norm for this company

So, my American classmates said that small cities are not friendly for foreigners (Asians), especially in Missouri. But not in the Joplin, MO. Chick-fil-A’s workers here are by far the most nicest people I’ve ever met. I want to return here at Christmas holidays again!
