The worst ever. The two men from drive through today did absolutely amazing. They were professional quick and made sure my order was correct even when I had an incident with payment. The ladies at the window were absolutely terrible bad attitude, bad customer service and very judgmental. One of the two girls mean mugged me and the other rolled her eyes when I came back around. Chick fil a is going down hill with customer service do better seriously. Plus my food was so dry. 10/29/25

I went here for the first time about 4 weeks ago and have been back twice since.
I wish I had tried this place sooner!
Good food, though a little pricey.
Their service is excellent. Their staff have always been very friendly and polite.
My one and only complaint is that they should wear a clean glove every time they refill a customer’s drink, and do not touch the ice scoop with the gloved hand that touches the customer’s drink. Also, they leave that dirty ice scoop in the ice and that could get people pretty sick.
Other than thag, which is easily corrected, I would recommend this place and am satisfied with their food and service.
They also keep the tables and floors clean.

We got our food from I believe his name was Jeremiah and he was incredible. He was rhyming and beatboxing low key our order back to us. Had me and my husband smiling and laughing. Please give this man a raise! Hands down incredible customer service!!!!!

Chick-Fil-A’s improved a lot. I used to find them pretty rude in the foods. Nothing really to write home about. Well. The service is very friendly this last time. The ambiance nice. I enjoyed the peppermint bark treat they had to offer very much!

Really sad to put a bad review here, missing my burger from a dash order. Call to just let them know about it I already knew the process for DoorDash. Called to let them know to check for accuracy because I waited a hour and only got a $3 refund but still pay a delivery fee. And the man answered and off the bat told me to deal with DoorDash no apology no anything. I said I understood just to check because it was my sons sandwich and he was going without at first said his name was Tim then it was Robert. He was just very rude just blew it off and told me it’s a dasher error but my bags were sealed and even my drinks were. Just be nicer to paying customers I was a daily customer now I’ll never go back.

I had ordered one bag of ice and waited 15-20. Minutes to receive the ice due to workers not checking in seeing what I ordered. Which I’m reality the ice should’ve been made as soon as I ordered won’t be coming back due to lack of customer service.

As per typical Chick-Fil-A the food was great. I got the Cobb salad with some special requests that were fulfilled, so again, no problems with the food. My husband had forgotten to ask for his sauce, rather the cashier had forgot to ask if he needed any to begin with. So he got up to go ask for some and the woman in front of him was having issues with her payment method. She’d asked if they took checks and was told no so my husband, being a half decent citizen, asked if he could pay for her. The cashier very rudely said “I’d rather if you didn’t, just wait.” For a Christian establishment, that isn’t very Christian. As a southern raised Christian women myself, turning down hospitality is just plain rude. I expect more from a place like this. You’d think they’d be trained to serve their customers with welcoming smiles and empathy. The food was going to be paid for either way, so who cares who pays for it? The woman and her children had to be moved to a different line for someone else to help them, doubling their wait time. I think we will be choosing a different establishment to give our money to from now on.

The chicken is good here the service is almost always good employees are very friendly And they’re solid you get the same thing every time you order it. It is a kid friendly atmosphere With a nice play room. I wish they would bring back their cole slaw

When I got here it was so busy the cars are wrapped all the way around the building and the lobby was completely full. I was able to walk in and get food for me my girlfriend and two kids and be seated and eating in less than 5 minutes That is amazing. Fast friendly service.
My only complaint is it they use terrible letters instead of iceberg lettuce and most people put on their stuff they use this leafy green terrible lettice I assume to save mone.
