Came in today for a chicken breakfast bowl. I’ve had these in the past and they’ve been really good. This morning I paid $6 for the breakfast bowl and it seemed half full. My past experience was the bowl was completely full. The food was good, I just felt like it wasn’t worth the money for what I got.

My first time dining in Chick fil A in years. The grilled chicken breast sandwich was so moist and tender. The waffle fries were dry and nit hot.

I’d like to start by saying the amount of people they move through here is overly impressive. That being said, nuggets were more breading than chicken and the large fry was questionablly “large”. Customer service has always been on point. Didn’t have time to bring it to their attention for the problem to be resolved. That would defeat the “fast” in fast-food.

Wow, I really have to tip my hat to this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was taken care of and even offered to refill my drink and take my tray after finishing my meal. I had two separate employees stop by my table, use my name and ask me if I needed anything. I came around 12:15pm (lunch rush) and was through the line in just a couple of minutes and my food shortly after. The manager came by and asked my if I needed anything. The restrooms were clean and stocked! I am VERY impressed with the way this ship is ran!! Good job Blue Springs Chick Fil A, keep up the good work!!!

Super upset about ChickfilA’s kids meal.
This is what you get for $6. Six tiny pieces of chicken, milk/juice, and applesauce.
I am pissed.
We haven’t been here in a very long time and now I have one more reason to never come here again. Between the requests for refills, instead of a self serve station and how little they serve this is unacceptable. I apologize I should have taken a picture that had something to compare how little food there was. My six-year-old could fit all 6 pieces into one hand or if you look at a baseball you could put all six pieces into that and still have some room, if it were container.
Furthermore, my daughter didn’t even like the food. The chicken we paid so much for tasted terrible. I ended up having to take her to McDonald’s where we paid $3. 90 for a Happy Meal. Not only was it way more food but during that visit they also gave us a free milkshake and two toys. I am super thankful for @McDonald’s right now even though I don’t go myself very often but I really appreciate you saving the day tonight.

I went to chick fila and asked for EXTRA chick fil a sauce however when I got to the window the teenager working there was SLOW and didn’t know what he was doing and he gave us ONE chick fil sauce I am NEVER going here again
