We have ordered from this Chick-fil-a twice in 2 weeks now; once through their website directly and once through DoorDash. Both orders were missing items, the kids meals didn’t have toys and didn’t include their sauces despite selecting everything when ordering. Slowly becoming a “toss up” restaurant – maybe you’ll get everything you paid for, maybe you won’t.

Always a delicious meal here at Chick-fil-A. Service is impeccable- friendly, helpful and so courteous. Food quality is the best- hot and nice size pieces. I had their Southwest Salad with grilled nuggets and it was a large helping, tasty and fresh. My guest had the chicken strips and waffle fries which were perfect as usual. Outside parking is plentiful.

Insanely fast dine in ordered and literally 30 seconds later the food appeared even tho we came at a busy time around 5:45 with a busy drive through as well. Food tasted good . Person who took my order was new yet extremely nice. Food did make us a little bloated and hurt a little but that’s expected from fast food especially the fried items. Coming from Vegas this place is awesome!

Used drive-thru to pickup some lunch on the go. Easy peasy service, with pleasant order takers and food delivery personnel. Telling each driver which auto to follow was unique vs other fast food with double-laned drive-thru, but it moved faster than some other locations I frequent closer to home! Outside atmosphere was okay; assume inside was equally chill!

These guys messed up my order on a Saturday evening, we went back Monday evening and explained to a manager how they had messed up our order but we live 30 min from there so didn’t come right back, that manager totally acted like we were lying, looked thru a laptop for our order from Saturday but claimed she didn’t see it, then insulted us even more by asking are you at the right location, like we could possibly be that dumb. Instead of replacing the order she gave us a sandwich for free. Disappointing. Then the food we did get that day was dry, old and disgusting. I usually love this place but I will never go to that store location again. Yuk.

Went to this location one time on a road trip out west. Usually a huge CFA fan but the potatoes here may have ruined that for my girl and I. The sandwiches were great but the fries tasted like sour milk and were not crispy at all. Gave us stomach issues the rest of the night….which was conveniently a family wedding night. NEVER chancing this location again, hoping to be able to try CFA again soon, but unsure at this time

My order has been wrong multiple times. I don’t think they do a good job training their staff, they are incredibly young. It’s so frustrating when you are used to high standards from chick fil a, this location has disappointed multiple times. Please do a better job at hiring people who aren’t afraid to talk to people and who have customer service etiquette. I get it everyone has to start somewhere but this is frustrating.
