I cannot believe I paid almost a dollar extra to get a large fry and this is what I get: 4 actual whole waffle fries and a bunch of waffle fry crumbs (as seen in the picture, I poured out all the fries onto a pan to reheat and there were not any extra fries in the bag not seen in the picture). Not to mention that the biggest fry looks absolutely disgusting with green stuff on the edge (which led me not to trust eating the fries at all, which are typically my favorite part and the whole reason I’d choose Chick-fil-A over another chicken fast food place). I will never be returning to this Chick-fil-A location and recommend skipping on the fries (or on the safe side going somewhere else or a different location altogether) since you won’t get the quantity or quality you pay for!

I have been to this location a few times. This location seems to have more one star reviews than other locations. It would be interesting to know if this is the same franchisee as other locations. Overall, this location seems to work well when it is not busy. When it is really busy, I think the service suffers a bit. My BIGGEST complaint is the seating (photos attached). There is at least one booth with ripped seats. They tried to tape it up, but that is not working. If I were the franchisee or corporate office, I would be embarrassed that these seats have not been replaced.

I just had Chick-fil-A remind me what amazing customer service actually means. My wife had stopped by to pick up lunch for us and our two toddlers. One of the items for the kids was missing when we got home. Anyone with young kids knows that this can be recipe for disaster. I called the restaurant to explain that we had a missing item, hoping for a refund or credit on our next visit. I believe I reached the manager who apologized and went above and beyond by driving the missing item to us during the lunch rush. We really appreciated the extra effort and quick resolution so much and it made our day. Our kids had a great lunch and we’re so happy to get the Mac and cheese after all. Truly turning a frustrating circumstances into an amazing customer service experience. Thanks so much!

It’s disappointing to be a regular customer and still be treated like you’re an idiot. The employee didn’t listen to or attempt to resolve my issue – I used the app to place an order, I arrived before breakfast time ended, but I could not scan the QR code because I have to wait in the line of cars in front of me to move. Once they move, the app doesn’t say my order is canceled, just ‘speak to a team member’. Wait in line for 10 minutes to be told “we don’t have any breakfast” and then blankly stared at. Would not hear me out at all or offer any resolution. Customer service has gone down the toilet everywhere, even for CFA it seems.. Do better!

I love Chick fil a abd have never been disappointed. Last night I got a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and it was all breading. The chicken was so thin, it didn’t even exist in all parts of the sandwich. Someone thought this was okay to serve. Where’s the chicken??

I was ordered regularly from this location for a long time and even worked there for a few months (would still be if not for life issues). In my entire life I have never bothered to write a review for anywhere I have eaten, but this Chick Fil A absolutely delivers in every single way. The people there are all amazing, the service is as fast as it gets, and the food is always top notch. I just ordered 2 spicy sandwiches with cheese and a sweet tea and the sandwiches were very juicy and flavorful. The tea was the perfect amount of sweetness. Don’t waste your life eating at McDonald’s, eat here instead!!!

There are two things that separate CFA from 90% of other fast food establishments. 1.) Impeccable, friendly service and 2.) fresh, hand breaded, chicken.
CFA employees are always so kind and attentive. I know that’s how they’re trained and are forced to act as such but it’s refreshing nonetheless. The “my pleasure” attitude goes a long way.
As far as the chicken goes there’s not much more for which you can ask. This stuff is good even by sit down restaurant standards. Heck, it’s even better than some sit down places who fumble the ball when it comes to fried chicken. They use a pickle brine which really helps tenderize the meat and cut through the fattiness of the oil.
My favorite item is the spicy chicken sandwich. A lot of places just take their regular chicken sandwich, slap some spicy mayo on it, and call it spicy. CFA goes above and beyond with a spicy breading. It even looks like the spiciness permeates the chicken itself which is wild. You can’t miss no matter what you get from this place. The sides are good, the drinks are good, the desserts are good, even the sauces are good. What’s not to like? 9.3/10 clucks.

First off last time I ate at this specific Chick-fil-A they gave me food poisoning so I stopped eating here so my post isn’t about me. It’s about my customers and their customers with doordash that they are ripping off time wise. Every single time I come here it already says that the order is ready and then I still have to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes. I can fronted the manager about it and he pretty much told me that it was on doordash. No other location nor other restaurant does that unless their order is in fact ready. The fact that the manager refused to take responsibility is wild behavior. And it furthers my reason on why I personally don’t eat at this trash establishment

I use the app and every time I redeem a reward it’s never in the bag. At first I thought I was not completing it correctly, but each time the points disappear. Today it was the parfait my kid wanted. I would have paid for one if I would have known I wouldn’t get it otherwise.
