Great salad. I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times but this is the first time I got a salad. Lettuce was very crisp. Vegetables in the salad were very fresh. The staff was extra friendly. They cleared our table and asked many times if we needed something.

This is hands down the best fast-food restaurant I’ve ever tried in STL. The place is quiet, cozy, and tastefully decorated — the fresh flowers on each table make it feel more like a boutique café than a chain restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and even refill your Coke without being asked. Honestly, the service here beats most sit-down restaurants in STL and completely outshines every other fast-food chain. Even Shake Shack doesn’t come close.

We visited the Brentwood location with a school field trip yesterday. I was initially impressed when we came in and the speed and efficiency of the staff in taking all of our orders and accommodating seating etc for our group size.
Our group enjoyed all of the lunches and treats that were ordered without any complaints. We each received our orders very quickly.
Prior to leaving we visited the restroom, when I walked in the restroom door the first thing I noticed was the most pleasantly clean scent, much less the general state of cleanliness of the restroom itself. It was 100% the cleanest public (and a lot of times residential) bathroom that I have ever been in.
I would give this Chick-Fil-A a 10 STAR review if I could!
I never leave reviews but this experience was note worthy, well done Brentwood!

Why do doordashers have to use the drive through now?? Previously, I could walk inside, grab the order, and be back out within a minute. Great for me, so I can get more orders faster, great for my customer, so they get their food while it’s hot, and great for you guys, because you didn’t have 20 doordashers clogging the drive through. The longer it takes me to complete an order, the longer it takes to get to the next order, which means I make less money. Also, other drivers are now just cutting through the ordering lane so that they can skip the rest of us who went through the proper lane. So those of us who follow the rules get punished multiple ways by your new system.
I just got my Doordash order and had to wait in the drive through until the two cars in front of me got their orders. If I didn’t have to use drive through, that obviously wouldn’t have happened. Making us use drive through makes no sense AT ALL.

I don’t live in this area but I work close by and because I rarely go to other fast food joints, because of their poor sanitation and customer service, Chick-fil-A is a main go to when I didn’t perpare lunch. I usually always have a good experience, but I have noticed lately that there is a “mean” and rushed “energy” once you approach the window. This area is really racist, so I’m not surprised when they see my pretty brown face pull up, they get angry. Blacks do work there, but they usually are not at the window. They are mostly working on the parking lot and are always nice. This is just my experience eating there sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I also didn’t like the fact that they charged me for my extra ranch packets. That’s just super petty. My salad was not fresh like it usually is either. I can fix all this basic food at home, but I’m paying for the convenience and customer service, and it’s lacking lately. Lastly, Chick-fil-A says :
they have someone to make drinks, take orders, drop fries, and that’s great, but who answers the phone? NO ONE EVER!!!_ I hope you guys can solve some of these problems. Unfortunately, I will not be returning again after I get my refund for the soggy salad_ God Bless

This is easily the most well-run Chick-fil-A in the country. Even on the busiest days/times, you will wait no more than 4 minutes in the drive through. Obviously the food is fantastic, but like, seriously, the logistics are something to behold. This specific location should be studied by researchers everywhere to understand how to properly keep things moving at a high rate of speed. On top of that, the staff is always friendly and efficient, making the whole experience seamless.

I ordered a southwest salad. I am eating my salad and as I’m taking my next bite I bite into something hard so I spit it out and I’m looking through it and I noticed that there is a screw. I don’t have any screws near me in my area I am eating my salad in so I know it came from the establishment so I call up there and as I’m talking to an employee I’m explaining to him what happened he says well that shouldn’t be in there…obviously so after giving him my order number, all they can do is give me a free salad for next time I come in… there is no next but I said it’s fine because what else am I going to do? This Chick-fil-A is 20 minutes from away from me but yeah that’s disgusting. This shouldn’t even happen. My stomach hurts now

My daughter and I eat at Chick-Fil-A semi-regularly. We’ve tried locations on nearly all of our travels because of my gluten allergy, and we’ve always had a very positive experience. Until tonight.
The young man who took our order could hardly have spoken fewer words or showed less enthusiasm about his job. I told him that I have a gluten allergy. It was not noted on our receipt, and my food was packaged with the rest of our order, which means my fries were potentially cross-contaminated with gluten.
Additionally, my daughter ordered a 12-piece nugget meal. She was only given 8 nuggets, as shown in the photo she took of her meal before she began eating.
Finally, I had ordered a Sprite with my meal. The cup was nearly filled to the top with ice, and what wasn’t ice was carbonated water with less of a hint of lemon lime than La Croix.
All in all, this was not a great experience. We expected so much better from Chick-fil-A.

Never had issues at this location!! I love their fast friendly service and the food is always great! They forgot a cheese cup once and replaced it on my next visit, no questions asked. Did I mention the food is amazing?!
