I am disabled, and don’t drive so I don’t get out often. My neighbor offered to go ti Chick-fil-A and I said sure! It was 5pm and a little busy but did not take long at all to take my order. The cashier was very sweet and had a real smile on her face (rare to see anymore). Took my order and was not long before it was delivered to our table. I ordered the Spicy Chicken deluxe meal and everything was delicious. But as we were eating, I was watching a girl that was cleaning up all over the diner. I have never seen someone make such an effort making sure tables were straight, chairs pushed in and very clean. On top of that… she made the effort to ask customers if everything was ok while they were eating, and if there was anything she could get them! Including me!!! I was so impressed by her attention to detail and doing her job with a smile, that I had to give her a little tip before I left and told her Merry Christmas. I just wanted her to know that people do see how hard you are working, and do appreciate it. Everyone working there was very pleasant. On the way home we couldn’t stop talking about how enjoyable our experience it was. I’ll be back as soon as I can, thank you!

I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.

Always go either breakfast or lunch menu and they both area bomb. The food is always hot and fresh. The biscuits area usually so soft, warm, fluffy. Food is perfect every time and for the price is it great. The drive thru lines always move fast even if you pull in and the line is around the parking lot you won’t be there long. Staff is always friendly, fast, and efficient. Will continue to come. Very clean. Thank you for all that you guys do!

Everything was great but the person that took our order wasn’t very personable or friendly. didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and it showed. Person at the window was great and food was delicious as always! I will certainly go back!

I went to this location today ordered $44 in food( not hard to do) 1st issue they gave me my food with several cars in front of me so I had to wait to drive off (food temp going down). 2nd issue when I got home I noticed it was a different buns on the sandwiches
I called the restaurant gave my order #,
stated my issues. I was told to receive a refund ( only on 2 of the sandwiches) had to bring the food back. I then said Im 20 from the restaurant . When I got there they said it was their normal bun, but it look like a cheap bun not at all what I normally get. I feel this could have been handled differently.

Don’t let the long lines trick you. The service here is always fast and keeps moving quickly to deliver hot, delicious food! The workers are professional and courteous.
