I ordered a kale salad and it looked more like kale soup. I didn’t want nuts with my order and they put extra nuts. Management needs to step their game up. This is the worst chic fil a in ST LOUIS!

Theenu confused me. And I ordered a sirloin steak medium rare. It appeared to be very well done and after taking a bite I realized that it was old and extremely dry. And the waiter was over bearing. He came and checked on us every ten mins it felt like, it made it slightly frustrated while trying to spend time and catch up with my brother who was visiting. I’ll never go here to this particular spot ever again.

I know this location is trying to stretch it’s food by filleting it’s chicken sandwich patties. Every other location in the St. Louis area has supple patties BUT THIS ONE. They are the thinnest, most pathetic pieces of chicken breast I’ve ever seen from any Chick-fil-A. Maybe Todd from Bridgeton should run this one as well since he does such a phenomenal job!

This restaurant for me has a calming effect whenever I eat there to dine-inside…I was there enjoying my chicken strips with fries and a diet Dr.Pepper and I can’t wait to redeem my reward points at this location…Plus I also LOVE their crispy chicken sandwich too!!!!
