My first time ever having breakfast at Chick-fil-A and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out all this time! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and hit the spot. The employees were very kind and welcoming. The line was really long when we got there. I made a mobile order and it didn’t take very long to get though at all. Definitely won’t be my last breakfast here!

I normally love Chick-fil-A. It’s my go-to quick food stop for the family because they offer healthier options that still taste great and they are reliable. I use the mobile app for ordering and I’ve never had an issue until I went to this location. The scan for the mobile app is past the drive through window and right next to the building, which kind of defeats the purpose of scanning in early. Then I had a somewhat odd interaction with an employee asking if something was wrong because I didn’t order at the window, so I showed him my mobile order and he looked kind of shocked that I was using the app. Maybe it’s not as popular at this location and thats understandable. These issues are more of a nuisance than anything. What really ticked me off is they didn’t give me my complete order and I didn’t realize it until I was over 20 minutes away. When I tried calling, I never got through to anyone. It’s not about the cost, it’s that my kid didn’t get her food and I ended up having to scramble to find something. I will still be going to Chick-fil-A, but probably not this location if I can avoid it.

Edit May 2024: Went back a couple more times and they’re on top of things again! Orders were correct and given to us less than 5 minutes! Fresh fries and sandwiches! Back to being my favorite chick fil a branch ✨️
Edit Apr 2024: So, the last 3 recent visits here my order was always wrong (the cashier took it correctly so it wasn’t that, but every single time it gets to our table – it’s wrong and so next time I really hope they’re a bit more careful about it because it wasn’t like this before (see old review).. I’m not trying to be picky with food, I just have certain food intolerances (I really wished I didn’t but it’s out of my control)…I’ll still go back to see if anything changes, but if not I might just have to find a different place to order from.
I’ve also noticed that there are times when the place isn’t as clean unlike before. There would be spilled food/crumbs on the chairs and and some sticky drink residue on the tables.
Old review: This is my fave branch of Chick-fil-a. I always have to remove some ingredients from my order due to certain food intolerances and they’ve always gotten my order correct and I really appreciate it! The staff are always upbeat and friendly and I love how even though there’s music playing in the speakers it’s not so loud that it makes my ears hurt. The place is always clean and the service always fast and wonderful. will definitely come back!

I was just at the Chick-fil-A in Maryland Heights Dorsett and it was the best fast food experience of my life the food was great and the service was absolutely amazing Devan the advanced team manager and he was so nice and had a fantastic personality and so did lily thank you to them for making my night!

Chick fil a worse than canes in my opinion the chicken cant compare to canes canes its full of white meat very little bread and juicy this chicken from chick fil a was mushy and greasy it also had more bread than anything. The fries were trash very little to no salt and dry didn’t even taste good just like potato’s and the drinks is just sad why three sips into my drink it taste like water then it was gone after a couple gulps like most of my soda was ice. Chick fil a this is sad step your game up or get left by canes

I’m here all the time. But even when it’s busy, they never have the second drive thru line open. I’m waiting nearly ten minutes longer because we’re fighting to get the people not ordering through the app to let us in. Either direct traffic or actually use the second lane.
