My family and I love Chick-fil-A! The food is always good. The service is always friendly and prompt. Even though the line can be really long, it moves fast and expediently. We all love the spicy chicken sandwich and ask for a side of the Chick-fil-A sauce. Super yummy!! This time my daughter had me try the strawberry cream lemonade (secret menu item). It was awesome. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A!

I found a bone in my chicken minis and they were cold. It was very disgusting. I ordered curbside on the mobile app and had to get my drinks inside because the employee that brought our food out didn’t. The ketchup was missing from my bag. I was there for 10-20 minutes even though the app said I was supposed to get my food in 6-10 minutes. Worst chick fil a in St. Louis.

We ordered and were up charged for the multigrain buns which completely fell apart! We were unable to eat them! Also you no longer have all your hood side options we always loved! Slaw and carrot salad. So we don’t eat here very often anymore.
