Was finally able to try Chick Fil A at the Marion ,Il location. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. Our impression of how quick the service was turned to disappointment when we finally got our food and drove away. They gave us chicken strips instead of the sandwiches. Very disappointing because the staff even told us this was a slow night!

I had a gift card and I couldn’t use it. I was told that they don’t accept gift cards there because of the students and some type of special that they have for them. There is no other Chick-fil-A close by.

The fella with the lazy eye knows how to sling a chicken sandwich. Don’t even try coming at noon, or whenever class gets out, though. You’ll be in line for 30 minutes.

Caution: this is not a stand alone restaurant it is run by Aramark. So you get the bare minimum of a Chik Fil A. They just warm up chicken sandwiches and waffle fries and place them in a heated shelving area for customer pick up and leave them there all day. it’s not bad but when you pull a gigantic human hair out of your fries, that’s just nasty. IF you must have chick fil a then go there but inspect your food very carefully.

It isn’t the normal Chick-fil-A you would experience, but it definitely serves its purpose. The food was really good and I had no problems with this Chick-fil-A whatsoever.

Does NOT accept gift cards. I came here after a very stressful week just to treat myself for once and come to find out that they accept everything, even SIU debit dawg, but no gift cards for whatever reason. Had to use my gas money to pay instead.

The food is really good but if there is a long line you’re better off going somewhere else because it is very slow at getting more food out once the rack has run empty.
