Went in for my free brownie and to use my gift card . They charged my gift card for the free brownie then when I asked to put it back on gift card the lead I guess that’s who it was couldn’t figure out how to put it back on my gift card so I had to put it on my personal debit card . The food was cold and the front desk gal almost forgot my drink. I hope they get better and learn how to do their jobs.

Great experience here at lunch today. Cashier was very friendly and inquired about our day. Didn’t just take our order like many other fast good chains. Food was delivered to our table quickly by a friendly employee. Another employee checked in on us and took time to speak with my two girls before wishing us a great trip. In today’s world of fast good, you’re usually happy just to get your order right. This location actually made us feel welcome and appreciated for coming in. Would definitely visit again.

As always great food and friendly service. This time was a winner with cookies to decorate, kids craft, the Chick fil A Santa cow and team members playing and singing Christmas songs. They were fantastic! What a fun time in a good atmosphere. Silas devoured his delicious meal (celebrating his win in wrestling match) before photo op with Santa cow!!

Grand opening vibe was suspenseful to say the least, customers were very giddy to be first in line and I was also!
Staff was very energetic and all smiles as they should be….
Ordered on line and picked a seat, dining room was neat and tidy as patrons were picking tables.
Food was fresh and hot, chicken biscuit was on the smaller size but understandably portioned correctly for the price..
Hashbrowns had no complaints, crisp salty and full of potato flavor..
Coffee was freshly brewed and piping hot, ready to dab into the remaining menu for years to come, 5 stars on this visit!!!

Slowest Chick-fil-A I have EVER been to. Incredibly disappointed with the amount of time I’ve have to wait for my order, and scanned the mobile QR code multiple times to find that it was not even working. I had to yell across the regular drive-thru lane at an employee to even get my order scanned in! Would not recommend this location unless you’re looking to waste your time.

I was super disappointed to find out the pretzel cheddar club sandwich was seasonal and there are no longer any pretzel buns at Chick-fil-A!! I guess I’ll wait till August of next year to come back when my sandwich is back on the menu! Btw….. I did NOT order something else, instead I left and brought my business elsewhere!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good time to go between 1 & 2 pm not as busy as the rest of the day. The waffle fries are very tasty. Large outdoor eating area as well & fresh flowers on all tables too.

Worst experience you can have sat in the drive thru waiting for 40 minutes then to be asked to pull in a spot and wait another 20 minutes. No explanation given worst service you can get. Please stay away , didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience.

The food was extremely expensive for what I received. I’m not sure how they get away with calling their minture pieces of chicken, tenders – litterally the size of two chicken nuggets. I ended up buying another chicken sandwich to fill up, and by the time I had left, I had spent $17. I’ve never understood the hype with this place. It’s overrated. I hope this is helpful. My pleasure.
