First time here since they opened close to my house. Ordered online but waited about 10 minutes while other cars got served first. Had to ask about my order, but the employee apologized and gave me a free sandwich gift card, which I appreciated. But they did gave me the wrong dressing for my salad.
Hoping service gets better with time.

I have always been a big fan of chick fil A. Like always in the morning rush , I stopped by and seen a big line on the drive thru but I was willing to take the chances of getting out quickly. Sure enough they asked me to move forward and just when I was starting to get impatient Lucero approached my vehicle and gave me my order and gave me a discount card for my next visit . I didn’t see the card nesseary but her friendly personality and Apology was enough to make everything ok and continue with my bussy day. And she definitely make sure I come back, And I will . Great Job Lucero .

I order ahead of time so that I can have my food ready. I am very busy and understand my hectic schedule. I ordered break fast to feed my two small children on the road not only was it not ready it was not honored because it was passed breakfast even though I ordered way before breakfast ended. It’s literally the only thing we enjoy their breakfast. Now I have to go out of my way to another restaurant to pick up food for my small children.
