I’d like to share a wonderful experience I had at this place.
First of all, they created a truly cozy Christmas atmosphere using simple yet beautiful decorations. It immediately put me in a festive mood.
Secondly, the service was outstanding – the staff carefully confirmed all the details of my order, were friendly, understanding, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Thirdly, my order was prepared quickly, and the quality was excellent. I especially appreciated the extra care: I couldn’t decide which sauce to choose for my wrap, and they brought me all the available options to try.
A fantastic place overall – I truly enjoyed my visit and will happily come back again. Thank you!

Me and my wife are massive Chick-fil-A supporters. Everywhere we travel Chick-fil-A is always a meal that we enjoy. During a week-long stay at a nearby hospital to this location Chick-fil-A was a regular stop for us multiple times.
The staff at this location are fantastic and the location is beautiful and a great spot.
Sadly the quality of food that this location is producing doesn’t come close to other locations in the area.
Breakfast burritos are small and cold missing ingredients or very little ingredients at all. Eggs broken on chicken sandwiches. Overall construction of the chicken sandwiches messy and not anywhere near the level that Chick-fil-A normally represents.
Once again the team here is fantastic through the drive-thru, but from the multiple attempts that we made at this location sadly the food quality is just not there.

My first time ever at Chick Fil A. Of course I heard the fries and sauce is good. But lately I have been seeing commerabout their pretzel cheddar club, so I was in the neighborhood and went with my mom and daughter. Right away someone greeted and held the door open for us. The person who held the door was also our cashier. I wished we asked his name. He made ordering not feel rushed, also maybe because we were the only one in line. One of the cleanest Chick-Fil-A that I’ve heve been. The cashier was a little busy and he said to wait a minute till he comes back to take my order, next thing I see is another staff member at the register to take my order so I didn’t wait not even 10 seconds.

This our 2nd visit to ‘this’ branch for this year. Last year the only Chik fil a we visited was in Vernon and went once. The reason I mention this is because we dont usually return to the same place consecutively. Aside from the good service which is a huge plus, (Thank you Paul and the crew) we feel we not only eat with a great relaxing atmosphere, but the service with a pleasant aura makes your meal that much better. Do you know when you order and feel like you can ask for anything rather than the anxiety where you feel rushed and pressure? This branch so far has shown what I as a customers would say to myself, I want some Chik Fil A and this is where(branch) I want to get my waffle fries, 12pc nugget…
Customer experience makes the biggest difference between them returning or not.

I go to Chick-fil-A a few times a week for their Salads. I got a Salad today and I went to take a bite and the most repulsive smell I’ve ever smelled in my life hit me. I looked down and there was a GREEN rotted chicken in my salad. I started to gag and nearly threw up. My fiancé picked it up and it was GREEN, slimy, smelly, and rotten. He couldn’t believe it. I ate some of that salad and now I’m scared out of my mind that I might get food poisoning. How messed up is it that they gave me rotten chicken. Please, be careful and look at your chicken when you eat there. I called customer service and I received an apology and you could tell she didn’t get two craps. If the roles were reversed she would be nervous and disgusted too. Go to a different location.
