This is my youngest daughter‘s favorite place to go. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. There are always staff members cleaning and keeping in place tidy. The food is always out quickly and the serving sizes are substantial and consistent. I typically don’t eat much chicken, but I really enjoy their Southwest salad!

This place is somehow always queued up yet the good part is how efficiently they manage and take the orders. Despite a long queue in the drive-thru, we received our food within a few minutes.
My husband tried their deluxe chicken burger and he said it was delectable. The party tasted fresh, perfectly cooked, had a crunch to every bite, and at just the right temperature.
For the sides, we got waffle fries, my daughter enjoyed munching on them however, I felt they weren’t as fresh. But overall decent service, friendly associates, and delicious food.

Natalia the member in training at the register was extremely rude and robotic, any time i come to this location everyone is so friendly very well mannered and always “my pleasure” but this experience really killed it for me, i stood in line for a while before she acknowledged i was there and asked “what can i get for you today?” As soon as i started saying my order she raised her voice and said “i need your name first “ it was at that point that it ruined it for me and made me more uncomfortable to even order, I said my order to her and she forgot my name after i had just given it. I ended the interaction with thank you after she handed the receipt and said nothing, she couldnt even bother to say your welcome at least. The whole interaction was just not the “chick-fil-a” way and this is what starts the rest of your experience when dining in.

What is there to say except for absolutely amazing! We haven’t been to Chik-fil-A in 2 years since we have been stationed overseas and it definitely did not disappoint! The staff was fantastic and super friendly and the food was absolutely incredible, hot fresh and exactly how we remembered it and better. When you have been craving this for so long and then get it with fantastic service, nothing can compare!!!

i literally never leave reviews, but this is the 2nd time ( 2 separate occasions) my sauces aren’t in the bag and that was the whole point of my order. 1st time my buffalo sauce wasn’t in the bag. 2nd time my ketchup for my fries wasn’t in the bag AND my salad dressing was also missing from the same order. What if it was my last straw? i was looking forward to my food after a long day . Now i have to eat a dry salad .

The best Fast Food restaurant in the Oswego/Montgomery area, there is just not any other fast food service as courteous and polite as Chick-fil-A. The cleanliness of this fast food chain from the tables, the floors and the restrooms is incomparable. The respect and politeness they show you from the moment you walk through the doors is not found in any other fast food restaurant. The food is excellent with no beef on the menu there is still plenty of healthy options to choose from, but my favorite the Spicy Southwest salad is the most delicious. The indoor playground for smaller kids is very fun and safe, and my son loves playing in there. Free refills on your drinks and top notch customer service are the most I like about this restaurant. It’s open all week except Sunday, but I don’t mind at all because they deserve a Day off.

I always liked the occasional Chick-fil-a run but this time was different. Found this crazy shaped “chicken” tender. I didn’t eat it and rather not know whether it actually is chicken or not. Nevertheless, everything else was good.
