This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chick-fil-A. The food was drenched in grease, and it was obvious the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. We specifically asked for it to be fixed, waited over 20 minutes, and nothing changed — they just gave us the same food back. The manager on duty didn’t seem interested in fixing the problem at all, which was even more frustrating. For a place that claims to care about quality and customer service, this was a total letdown.

We love this Chick-fil-A. I got my favorite Cobb salad. I shared the salad with my daughter, she also thought it was delicious. The fries are a family favorite too. There was lots of table to sit at and the store was clean. Our only issue was that it was freezing inside the store. We asked the staff to turn up the heat and they said there was something wrong with the furnace. They did offer us hand warmers. The kids loved playing in the play place.

The fries are beyond salty!! I thought it was a mistake one day and called, the Manager told me to come back and request lightly salted fries, ok came back and did so. I was told the can’t lightly salt the fries. Tried a different location and it was normal. The amount of salt they use is ridiculous and abnormal. It’s been on numerous occasions. Other than that, food is decent. Put the salt shaker down!

Brandon provided absolutely amazing customer service! I loved how he smiled and approached me and my family with such a positive and friendly attitude. He made us feel truly welcomed. The Willowbrook Chick-fil-A location is definitely a number one spot for me — we’ll be coming back again for sure!

If I could give 10 stars I would, just for the way they say “my pleasure.” Like—no one else means it like they do. You could ask them for a napkin, and somehow it feels like they just offered you emotional support and a life plan.
The free breakfast promo? Oh, I’m there like clockwork. I’ve never been so loyal to an app notification in my life. Whoever came up with that deserves an honorary degree in happiness. The chicken biscuits alone could end arguments and heal family trauma.
The place is spotless—like I dropped a fry and considered using the five-minute rule. The staff greet you like you just came home from war. I half expected a “Welcome back, soldier” when I walked in.
Chick-fil-A has me out here saying “my pleasure” to my coworkers now, unprompted. It’s contagious.
If you’re reading this instead of going to get that free breakfast, I just want you to know—you’re wasting valuable biscuit time.

I bought the salad with zesty apple cider vinegar dressing. Dressing was too zesty and my mouth was burning. Same dressing without hotness would have been better Could not eat the salad after several attempts.

Feb 2022. First time eating here and I can see why people love it. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Food was made well and actually looked and tasted great. Loved the high ceilings, open area and cleanliness of the place. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area.

The service is always overly friendly – a signature of Chick Fil A establishments. The store is very clean. Big parking lot with lots of shopping in the area. Pete’s is across the street. The best part of coming to eat here is leaving with a wide variety of sauces, they give you whichever ones you ask for so make sure you try them all. The price is higher than most “fast food” joints but the quality of food is much better. The chicken sandwich is not seasoned enough in my opinion. I would skip the long line here and just go to Popeyes when they get their $3.99 chicken sandwich back in stock.
