I love chick fil a even though im a vegetarian. I ordered all the time. Today is my last time. I had a great experience until I realized my order of a biscuit with cheese was made with chicken on it. I attempted to call the restaurant, spoke to Yolanda who was transferring me to a manager then hung up. I tried to call back and kept getting sent to call centers. Then sent to cfa care call center who’s not open. It is beyond frustrating to pay for a more expensive item because your team doesn’t listen. “HOW DOES MAY I ORDER JUST A BISCUIT WITH TWO SLICES OF CHEESE” become a chicken biscuit and I now wasted money and have no breakfast. If I wasn’t now 30 minutes away id have drove back. Instead I called and still got nowhere. This was such a bad experience what happened to customer service?
Update: called the call center finally just to be told the store will contact me. Please make this make sense?

This local suburban Chick-fil-A was a smooth simple experience, line was minimal resulting in a wait of less then a minute wait. Cashier was kind and helped recommend items on the menu. After placing my order I received my food in less than 2 minutes, when asking for extra sauces and a refill the staff was kind and gladly attended to my request. Overall restaurant was clean. Overall positive experience!

Got me breakfast here for the first time.
Impressive. Burrito was delicious, wish it was bigger but hey I’ll get to live longer because it’s not, plus I got the diabetes causing lemonade to drink which is always good.
I’ll be back, except Sunday because I know you’re closed.

We moved back from Texas after 7 years of being away. It’s great to have this available here. All three of my kids can unanimously agree to go here. The food is alway fresh and delicious and the service is just as welcoming as it is in Texas.

Ordered uber eats and burned fries and couldn’t even add chic fil a sauce in the bag these restaurants are burnt up literally and lazy. Management here needs work especially evening shift.

The best food around. I had the chicken breakfast biscuit the other day and it was so good! The biscuit was moist and slightly sweet. I’m going back tomorrow to try something else from th breakfast menu.
