I am so disappointed with this location. I ordered breakfast online and paid for it. I arrived at 10:36am to pick up my order (due to traffic being re-directed because of flooding), and was told that my order was cancelled, food thrown away, and I would be refunded in 3-10 business days. I love patronizing this business due to its strong Christian values, however I do find issue in wasting perfectly good food, when there’s so many who are struggling just to find their next meal. What kind of Christian values is this? This policy needs to change.

We bought a salad from a different location, and the lettuce looked extremely old. I also found a hair in my mac and cheese, and it was very cold. We went to the Matteson location and asked if they could make us a new salad, and refund the mac and cheese. Jed was extremely helpful, he had the salad remade immediately, and the refund was so simple. He was such a sweetheart, and so helpful. My salad came out beautifully, and more fresh looking. Great service from Jed!

I have been coming to this establishment since they opened this new location. I always order via drive thru and it’s always been okay/good service. Some days they have a crazy influx of customers and lines & sometimes mess up or confuse orders but I have always got a free sandwich compensation when I was wronged or waited longer than usual. The glass doors/bathrooms and floors could be so much neater cleaner but I understand they are busy. Love the new floats though definitely going to continue coming back.

I hate to leave this review BUT I came for my replacement order and an older woman with a green shirt on and a scarf on her ponytail was extremely rude and hurtful to me, she said “you don’t need your food replaced” & CHARGED ME 85 CENTS!!!!! WOW!!!! THE WORST!!!! It was horrible & I had people staring at me as if I cooked the food and messed up the order. It was so bad that the car behind me pulled up as I was exiting and said “I heard that & that woman was super nasty toward you”. This is the unacceptable.
Now for the food,
The fries are UNDERCOOKED and need an extra minute in the frier, my sandwich was soggy and they don’t like to even shake the mocha around in the coffee. The woman I mentioned earlier was very rude the time before this when I asked can they make sure I’m not just drinking a glob of mocha from the bottom. Super unsettling! THE STAFF and food do not live up to the name. Horrific experience on top of undercooked food. As a resident, I want them gone or the problems solved!

I went in to try the peppermint shake and ordered breakfast also I got 4 mini breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. You can taste the yeast in the bread. The food was okay the peppermint shake was very sweet I needed to drink water and I couldn’t finish it because it was so sweet. The service I received was excellent.

Came in there for the very first time and it was absolutely amazing! The taste of the chicken was perfect! The Manager Dan stepped up and introduced himself to me. You can clearly tell that he love’s what he does and respects his customers.

This Chick fil A is the absolute worst! I have to find the owner because things will not change unless the Leader/Owner/Investor understands there is an issue. I have NEVER had a terrible meal at any Chic Fil A restaurant anywhere in the country, except this one. I want the Matteson location to succeed, but things must change.

Legit probably the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. I never knew you could mess a salad up until my Cobb salad received from here. They don’t even get the sauces correct. This location needs a course correction and fast.
