Horrible location. Order my food through the app and still eating 15-20 mins for my food when I arrive is insane. Also received my food with hair in it. Highly dissatisfied. I am done with chick fila. Not the same.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant. The Manager Angel was the most rude, disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with. I ordered the egg, cheese and the menu has the option of bacon or sausage. I asked for the sausage and was going to give it to the security guards, the Dogs, lol. The bag of food was set down first and I was waiting for my iced coffee. The bag was missing the sausage on the side. I attempted to get the , Manager Angels attention to tell him there was nothing on the side but was ignored. The drink was set down 10 minutes later? By then the food was cold so I asked for a refund. I then went to the drive thru because I’m a diabetic and really needed the iced coffee with sugar. I ordered the exact same thing so the refunded amount should have covered it.
When I pulled up to the drive thru, I handed Angel the refund and he stated it wasn’t enough because I ordered sausage this time. I explained that I ordered sausage the first time but Alexander had the ordered bacon instead. I then said, just give me the bacon then that’s fine. This is what Angel said, “No, your not welcome back leave”. Then slammed the window shut while my sugar was dropping, I was getting sick and really needed the coffee. I really like the food here and most experiences went well. This particular employee, Angel needs sensitivity training. I have called Corporate three times and only once was it documented. This has not been resolved and I am going to say that, Angel at this Chick Filet needs to Go!! This particular chain claims to have religious values but my treatment did not reflect that. Shame on you Chick-fil-A.

The Manager Angel, was the worst Manager I have ever had the experience of dealing with. The store had the order wrong and the Manager Angel refused my order and I was told to leave . This store considered themselves to be religious. God would have done that.

They go above and beyond! Management is wonderful and they thoroughly train their employees. I noticed this because when I was in the dining room, I overheard and I really like how clean and friendly they are there! The food is great and I just got the grilled chicken egg sandwich this morning, and it was perfect! Manager came out and I was able to get it in less than a minute! They have a great attitude, even for customers like us that are in a hurry, and they go above and beyond! I wish that this business continues to thrive! Will keep coming back!

Myself and my wife had placed a mobile order with this location and was charged. Pulled up to the drive through to pick up the mobile order and they told her they didn’t see the order showing and we hadn’t paid. Then proceeded to harass her for proof of the money being charged. And when she had shown her the proof no issues. The worker had acted like she was lying about it and accused us of trying to get the food for free. This location’s service is terrible. Do not recommend.

First time trying chick fil a and food was very good and atmosphere was clean. Got greeted right when I walked in and got my food served by Alaa, he was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you want quality food by great servers.

It’s my 4th time going to Chick-fil-A. The food is always tasty and it was served quickly to our table. The atmosphere is cozy, there’s a children’s play area, a drive thru and plenty of free parking. They are always busy. You’ll see all ages and ethnicities enjoying a meal. Prices are a tad steep, but they do offer meals, and free refills. I’m not sure if some places still offer morning BINGO. It’s a great way to meet and mingle and win gift cards. It’s worth looking into…

Went as soon as they opened. Not busy at all. Still ended up waiting for 13 min for 1 breakfast biscuit and 1 hash brown. It was clear that they completely forgot about my mobile order. I watched as several people get their order before me. I stood is the waiting area visible to the workers and no one inquired about my order. Terrible service.
