I watched a very good YouTube video and noticed my usual chick-fil-a was featured. That one worker Delaney had amazing customer service and I would highly recommend. I also noticed Josh was very good at taking the order. Everyone else seemed a little idk out of it. This made me want to go to chick fil a to visit Delaney so I did and the food was very good but I didn’t see her. 🙁

I just ordered a medium mac and cheese, and when I got home I was really disappointed. The cup was only half full, and the cheese was all over the rim, which made it look like the staff dumped part of it out. This is unacceptable .Chick-fil-A has never made mistakes like this before, so I was really surprised. Please improve the quality control!

I don’t often leave reviews, but today’s experience truly stood out. Even on a busy Saturday morning, our order was correct and the service was excellent. What made the experience exceptional, though, was one employee in particular—Amy.
While delivering food to another table, Amy noticed a language barrier with the customers and immediately used her bilingual skills to speak Spanish so they could fully understand and enjoy their experience. You might not expect it at first glance, but she spoke Spanish very well. She even shared her story and was incredibly personable, not just with that table but with everyone around her.
Moments like this are exactly why I continue to choose Chick-fil-A. Employees like Amy make a real difference.

i ordered a side kale salad, it had a piece of bacon in it… very gross and cross contaminated. There was pink stuff on my drink lid too, they did not give me any sauce i ordered either, very messy place and will not be going again

Was picking up a delivery for Uber Eats I waited in my car till the prompt told me I was allowed to come inside to pick up the items I stood there for a good 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement. I would understand if it was busy but I’ll I got was a few glances til other drivers showed up that’s when they decided to start paying attention. I wasn’t rude or anything. Just standing waiting for a hello.

I love getting a 9-piece grilled chicken nugget meal with a side salad!! Their grilled chicken is delicious. It’s perfectly lightly seasoned, grilled to perfection and always juicy never dry!! The staff is always super friendly, the restaurant and washrooms are always clean and the do really get your food out to you in a timely manner.

The foods great they do nice little events, but on every free food giveaway they interrogate you as to how many people are in the car and basically called my husband and I liars, the management has yet to address my issue or concerns. So I’m not a fan. I do like the food I’ve never had an issue but I’d suggest another location based on the attitude of the employees here. I was extremely put off by it all and when confronted with my issue they just doubled down despite us clearly not lying as we in fact had 4 people in the car. No apologies, at least we got our food. Shame we liked that they do these cute lil events.
