I also tried the chicken nuggets and the mac & cheese, and both were truly out of this world. The nuggets were tender and flavorful, while the mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and comforting—easily one of the best fast-food versions I’ve had.
What really capped off the meal, though, was the excellent customer service. JD, Ayleen, and Hannah went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be returning.
Just a frustrating experience given it wasn’t my fault, yet I was the one that now needed to jump through hoops to fix their mistakes.
Worst experience at a Chick-fil-a.
First time they forgot 3 food items and the young employee was kind enough to replace my food since I had gone home.
That was a good response to their mistake.
I went back a few weeks later and they once again forgot several food items.
This time the employee refused to replace my food and said she could only add the items they forgot. I explained that the food was cold now……she didn’t care.
I asked for a refund and the employee first said they needed back ALL the items before they could issue a refund. (A small ranch bottle was not in the bag).
After a few minutes she said the refund would go through but I needed to return the bottle. It was over $50 of food and she was going to refuse my refund over a $2 bottle.
There is another location in Batavia…….ill try that next time.
BTW ……the employees tone was not appropriate. Zero reason to have attitude towards a customer.
