This has to be the dumbest and slowest idea anyone has ever come up with! A mobile only line while you wait 4 cars deep in the what should be as fast drive thru line. Sat there 10 mins not one mobile order.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A in St. Charles, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, and it was absolutely fantastic—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of heat. The waffle fries were just as impressive: hot, crispy, and so delicious that it was hard to stop eating them.
I also tried the chicken nuggets and the mac & cheese, and both were truly out of this world. The nuggets were tender and flavorful, while the mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and comforting—easily one of the best fast-food versions I’ve had.
What really capped off the meal, though, was the excellent customer service. JD, Ayleen, and Hannah went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire visit even more enjoyable.
All in all, this was an exceptional experience, especially for a fast-food restaurant. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere—I’ll definitely be returning.

I love chick fil a but I also have to state the problems with the drive through. Most times that I go through the drive through they mess up my order. Im not sure if this is a management problem or the fact that kids today are not good listeners. I will say the when I brought this up to management they were extremely nice. They said they would address the problem and even gave me free food. I hope the chick fil a in St Charles can fix the problems with their drive through.

The one staff member I interacted with was extremely rude. When I said I was using the app to pay in the drive thru the cashier rolled her eyes at me. Then after waiting 10 mins for one meal she rudely told me to make sure I pull up to the window next time. I PULLED UP RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR IN THE OTHER LANE. And there were literally 3 cars in the entire drive through, so if I’m not pulled up to her standards I really don’t think it’s that serious, but man was she fuming. I was a bit in shock by this service as that’s never happened to me before at any other location, so I wasn’t able to get her name, but she was short, thin, and has dark curly hair. The team members name on my receipt is Ashtyn, but I’m not sure if that’s who I encountered. Was excited that a chick fil a opened closer to home, but to get extremely poor service from a Christian based company doesn’t sit right, probably will not visit this location again

I put in a mobile order for pickup. An entire entree was missed and did not realize until we got home. The app mentioned to reach out to the store directly, and gave a phone number. I called, the manager I spoke with said sorry but you have to come in if you want a refund. I live over 20 minutes away and was not about to drive all the way back. She was unwilling to budge.
Just a frustrating experience given it wasn’t my fault, yet I was the one that now needed to jump through hoops to fix their mistakes.

McDonald’s service at Chick-fil-A
Worst experience at a Chick-fil-a.
First time they forgot 3 food items and the young employee was kind enough to replace my food since I had gone home.
That was a good response to their mistake.
I went back a few weeks later and they once again forgot several food items.
This time the employee refused to replace my food and said she could only add the items they forgot. I explained that the food was cold now……she didn’t care.
I asked for a refund and the employee first said they needed back ALL the items before they could issue a refund. (A small ranch bottle was not in the bag).
After a few minutes she said the refund would go through but I needed to return the bottle. It was over $50 of food and she was going to refuse my refund over a $2 bottle.
There is another location in Batavia…….ill try that next time.
BTW ……the employees tone was not appropriate. Zero reason to have attitude towards a customer.

i ordered a large fry from chick fila on doordash but unfortunately, I received a small fry instead. I was quite disappointed, It would be great if the staff could double-check orders before handing them out to avoid such mix-ups. I hope my next visit will be better!

This place is a mess. It’s literally a mess inside. Every time I go through the drive through and do the mobile order it’s wrong or missing something. It takes forever to get the food. They look understaffed at all times. And the chicken has had a weird chemical taste in a few nuggets every time we have gone. I think chicken fil a as a whole has really gone down hill.

Got here about a total of five times each time I order a large fry it is never the same size. It’s either a white container or sometimes the actual red large container and it comes halfway filled no matter the size. This time I ordered two large fries to test my theory.
