There’s not a lot of handicapped parking. Only 2 spots. The door is not automatic so if you’re in a wheelchair or walker, you will have a hard time opening the door. The seats are low. Very small dinning room area. Tables were not cleaned after each customer. Parking was hard due to the construction dumpsters that was in the front of the restaurant. WILL NOT RETURN! The only thing that was good was the food.

The staff is always polite, patient, and genuinely kind, even during busy times. Ordering is fast, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Some locations even have play areas, which is a huge plus for families with young kids. Portions are just right, and the quality never feels rushed even when they’re busy. Definitely one of the most reliable fast-food spots for a great meal.

I placed a catering order and somehow the time was incorrect. I went directly to the store and told them my dilemma. The team was AMAZING!!! The had the cooking crew work on my order IMMEDIATELY!! Erica and Abby (I hope that I got their names correctly) are the poster board women for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had chick fil a in Kalamazoo, Michigan and was not impressed. In fact, I never needed to have it again. UNTIL I tried this Chick fil A!!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! I am now hooked!! The service was as good as the food.

I ordered a Cobb salad through door Dash and this is what I received. No corn half egg and thick shredded cheese throughout the salad. Not to mention I spent $65 total on my order and didn’t receive any sauce dippings

Terrible establishment, there’s a lot of staff, but they’re useless. I waited for my order for over 20 minutes. The staff were walking around, joking, and paying no attention to the customers. I do not recommend it.

Always a winner. Their milkshakes costs over $5 and are on the lower than average size but they are delicious. Personally their fries are always gross. The chicken sandwiches are basic but a known quality.
