Bro, this is actually so disgusting. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where they were completely dismissive. I said I had a voucher to redeem, and he scanned it after he charged my card without even telling me After I paid, he proceeded to throw my card in the bag. Like aren’t you supposed to hand it to the customer ??? I never even write Reviews, and if I do, it’s because I had a good experience, but I was just truly stunned that they couldn’t get anything right and their customer service is absolutely terrible, I called the store because I was on my break, and I only had a 30 minute time period So I can’t even go back. If I wanted to. She’s done. Offered me a free chicken sandwich, and a free cookie. If I wanted to come back like no??? you just need to retrain your staff And not sell uncooked chicken

They always get the order wrong. If you have to go here, dont pull off until you make sure you have every single item. Also they are very unprofessional. They call me boss or yell over me at their coworkers outside while im waiting for my food. My cup is overfilled and dripping soda all over my car. Its not that hard guys

We ordered delivery and it was perfection! Food was fresh and delicious. We used the app to order on our 10-minute drive there. Great decision! We will definitely do this next time as there was literally no weight at all! Service was great as usual.
Update: we use the app in order to drive through. Great experience! Highly recommend ordering ahead in the app. There is definitely less of a wait. Food was hot and fresh and at 5:00 p.m. on a weekday, they got people through the line pretty quickly.

I have been a customer at this establishment for over 5 years. I trust them to make my food great. It is always fresh and fast. Run by Sara Vaught, she cares about her guests. If I do have a very rare issue, they take care of it right away. The prices are great for the value you are receiving. Terra and Nico are some of the most genuine people I have met. They do not just “do their job.” They actually care and go out of there way to make it a wonderful experience. Awesome!

I requested my sandwich with NO PICKLES because I’m allergic and of course they gave me pickles. And not just that, they didn’t give me any sauces and I kinda felt that they were rushing me so they could give the food to the next person. I usually come here often as a customer, but today I had a very disappointing experience while picking up an order for Uber Eats. A woman named Miss Terra treated me with complete disrespect.
I was simply sitting and waiting, looking at my phone. When I got the notification from the Uber app that my order was ready, she said a name and I showed her my screen to confirm the name, since I hadn’t heard it clearly.
Instead of clarifying politely that she said a different name, she kept repeating in a loud, mocking tone, “Oh, are you [name]? Are you her? Are you really her?” over and over, as if I were stupid. It was clearly sarcastic and completely unnecessary.
Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. There are much better ways to speak to people, especially to customers and drivers who are just doing their job.
Most of the employees here are usually young, super friendly and proactive teenagers, but this was an older woman, maybe in her late 50s, who should know better.

You pay all of this money and go through the drive-through to just get home and realize that they left items out. I called the store and spoke with the manager. They want me to drive all the way back to correct the item. I asked them to simply reverse the transaction and remove the item from the total. Super frustrating!

I didn’t see a friendly staff member on my recent trip to this Chick-fil-A. Maybe it was a bad night, I don’t know. I’m not local to the area (here for work) and this restaurant is on the highway between my job and the hotel I’m staying at – natural place to stop for a quick dinner. The service was quick, but I’ve never been treated more rudely at any Chick-fil-A in the country. At least the food was good. But next time (if there even is a next time), I’ll just skip this location.
