I could never say anything bad about Chick-fil-a in general, but this location is wonderful! All of the staff are so kind. The owner is very generous – always dropping free rewards into accounts just because. The free bingo and holiday events are fun and thoughtful. The food is always consistently, good, fresh, and hot. Mistakes are rarely made, but always made right. Thank you for making this community brighter!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A Algonquin. Owen took our order and was absolutely fantastic. Could not say enough fantastic stuff about this great service that he provided. So generous so kind and felt like an absolute loving environment. Be sure to ask for Owen when you come in so you can get that great customer service care.

DON’T BUY SALAD HERE!!!!! I ordered a salad through the drive-thru, and when I got home, I noticed a bad smell and realized it was spoiled. I had to go back, and Melissa Watkins and the owner, J.D. Willis, told me that everything was fine, that they sold the salad that way because it was out of season, and that it wasn’t a health concern. I don’t even want to imagine the conditions of the other food items.

The food was decent, I can’t complain for the price. I purchased chicken noodle soup and asked for extra crackers but there were none in the bag. My oldest granddaughter really enjoyed her chicken sandwich and French fries, they were crispy outside and meaty inside, nice and white.
My salad was salad, 5 little shredds of cheese!
Little granddaughter had a kids meal fried chicken nuggets, 1st bite she spit out so I tried one…dripping grease! Her waffle fries were perfect though.

I just wanna say that this location is the best specifically because I can order a medium cup of nugget ice on the app and it’s free! Sweet tea with extra nugget ice and waffle fries were like my biggest pregnancy cravings and this location always satisfied it. The employees are great too!

Just FYI: The Schaumburg location won’t let you order a cup of nugget ice on the app and when you order it in person they charge you for it (50 cents) and they don’t even fill it up all the way…

This store celebrated New years with a ” Moo years party” for kids and their family, it was a lot of fun and I was so impressed by everyone who worked here that day. They were so nice and had genuine happiness to make the event amazing for everyone. They even included one little girls birthday along with the rest of the fun. Really good ppl run this place really well.

We typically do drive thru but tonight we decided to dine in. It was decorated SO cute for Valentine’s Day and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our cashier brought my son out a stuffed cow, and then someone else brought out a free kids meal card for the next time we come. We will definitely be back!

Every time I order from this place, I go through the drive-through and when I retrieve my order from the young Caucasian boy ,he always seems to have an attitude. I’m not sure if he’s racist against African-Americans, but he’s sure acts like it and for those reasons, I will not come back to this location and spend my money ever. I ordered the same thing every time. He just hand me my bag and my drink and says nothing. He has poor customer service and the least he can do is repeat back my order to make sure that he’s handing me the correct bag. African-Americans don’t go to this location!

My three meals today included these balls of inedible hard fried rocks that filled half of each of our waffle fries. Of course, drive thru and having to eat half the fries to see we were jipped out half our 3 fry orders. Hmmm. ??
