Not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A, but for the grilled nuggets and diet lemonade on occasion its a hit. The prices have gotten pretty ridiculous, but that could be said about everything in todays world.
The service and staff is always nice and the stores are always clean so that’s a bonus. Still not a fan of “fast” food, but better than other options.

I want to share how amazing my experience was with Brian M. at Chick-fil-A. From the moment he helped me, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient. He spoke to me with a positive attitude and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time.
Brian really listened to me and didn’t rush the interaction. He made sure my order was correct and explained things clearly, which showed that he genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible. His tone was friendly and welcoming, and it honestly made my day better.
What stood out most was how thoughtful and considerate he was. He treated me with real kindness, not like “just another customer.” You can tell he takes pride in helping people and making sure they leave happy. Because of Brian, my visit felt personal and enjoyable.
Brian M. is the kind of employee that represents Chick-fil-A at its best. His customer service toward me was outstanding, and he truly deserves recognition and a raise for how well he treats people.

I used to live in New York and often went to this place. But here in Chicago, specifically at this location, I loved everything! The staff are very polite, the restroom is clean, and the tables and everything else are spotless! The food is delicious — honestly, the best fast food in the U.S., McDonald’s doesn’t even come close! It’s nothing like New York, where it’s always overcrowded, dirty, and untidy. I give it 5 stars and will definitely come back again!

The location on Touhy by the lincolnwood mall is horrible. Bad service n follow up. After they forgot a third of our order I called to let em know and took 5 calls before the person would actually stay on the phone without disconnecting me- unable to understand how the customer service could be so poor. Ultimately the manager suggested i create an account on the app amd they’d add a reward to cover the missing meal. After a few days it never appeared. I called back and got the same story but again took multiple calls before being able to speak to someone. Again no corrections made. It is more than a few minutes away so not like I can just run right back there- a few days ago I was in the area and stopped by and AGAIN they said they’d correct it if I wanted to wait a few minutes they’d get me the order… my wife wasn’t with me and was working til 1am so it made no sense amd I asked simply for the credit I was promised- sure, they’ll add it to the rewards. Heard that before. 3 days later its not there. I sorta think im not a customer that will return. Sure, I only spend 50 bucks a month there, but not anymore. Very disappointed

This isn’t just a minor mistake — it’s complete carelessness and a waste of my time and money. For a place that prides itself on customer service and consistency, this was an embarrassing fail. Do better.

Came here to dine in and I was so surprised by guy which took order. Only will say if there should be more people on earth like this man.He deserves the best position in this company.He’s name is Ibrahim if I remember correctly. Food as usually was delicious.

Came here late on 9/26/25 after having rough day. I was immediately greeted with a clean dining room and quick service that was very respectful. The man who toke my order I think was Bryan, as per the recipt. He had very good manners and made me feel more cheerful through a small interaction. The food came out in less than 3 minutes, and even after I made a second order, came out very quick again. All off the staff seemed to have their head on a swivel, especially the man who must have been a shift lead, who cleaned tables and mopped floors when he wasnt in the back working. This place was amazing and I’d go a lot more often if I lived in the area!

I wish I could give them a zero star the staff there is very rude and inconsiderate. I was picking up my order and this Latina girl walks up with my order and was about to make the drink. She put the ice in the cup and then walks away and start serving customers at the counter waited like five minutes before another Out of shape manager walks up with an attitude, gives me my drink, and I tell her I was supposed to get served first and she said customers at the desk are served first like if I was just brushed off to the side very rude and they should all be retrained on respect to all customers not just the White ones.

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and two teas. To my surprise, the sandwiches arrived within just a minute, but that was where the positives ended. The chicken was so cold that the cheese on top hadn’t even melted, making it quite frankly inedible.
When I raised my concerns, I was informed that they would remake the sandwiches. While the new sandwich was at least hot, the taste did not improve. The buns were dry, and overall, the flavor was lacking. To make matters worse, the teas were extremely delayed, arriving a full 15 minutes after I had to remind the staff twice. Eating dry food without a drink is never an enjoyable experience.
As a regular diner, all I heard from the staff was a passive “Sorry about that,” which did little to rectify the situation. The manager eventually made an appearance but seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. After offering a refund for the meal, he suggested we try a different location down the road, which felt like an inadequate resolution to the issues we faced. While I appreciate the gesture of a refund, it hardly compensates for the overall disappointing experience.
I understand that we visited later in the day and that staff might be tired, but that should never excuse poor customer service. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, I try to approach situations like this with understanding, but this experience was beyond my tolerance. After looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in feeling this way.
I hope this feedback helps the establishment improve, as customers deserve better than what was provided.
