Chick-fil-A always makes their chicken sandwiches perfectly every time. Also, the salad is AMAZING, especially with the Avocado Ranch sauce. Speaking of sauces, I love the Honey Roasted BBQ. And the cookie at the end, super warm.

last week they messed up on my order, I was supposed to receive a refund. and still went back for my order to get fixed and when I was abt to leave they still forgot the apple juice and the sauces and I never received the refund. gave them a call a week after which was today. fabio this time around helped me 10/10! I went back I asked for him. He had my food ready, but they still forgot something. and I believe he was gone some other guy was helping me. He kept staring at me through the window. I felt very weird out and believe he’s a manager. very disappointed with this place I go here often and receive free items on the app. it’s annoying getting helped by different managers and no one can correct it and I live five minutes away from this location.

I just went through the drive thru and listened to everyone order breakfast. When it was my turn to order Jerry flipped the menu and then I was told I couldn’t order breakfast???? Then when I asked Jerry why I couldn’t order breakfast and I just listened to everyone else order breakfast he said because those customers orders were special ordered????? Its one thing to flip the menu while I’m attempting to order but then to listen to everyone else order breakfast right in the drive thru to snd then be told no breakfast is available is disappointing.

Went to a mobile pickup and waited 23 min before going inside and being told they were sorry by the nice girl up front. She then went and talked to a manager that sent her back to say I’d be getting a refund. The coward manager didn’t even talk to me. Horrible service. I then got my food and it was all wrong!!! This place is rubbish and doesn’t live to the brand name. Bad location with bad management
